Seminar description
The
Integral
Organizational
and
Structural
Constellation Work (Integrale Org.- & Struktur Aufstellungen IOSA) is a method to make structures and
relationships in systems visible, such as companies,
associations, networks, partnerships, families, own
inner parts, etc. by spatially arranging people or
representing objects.
His work is based on the Systemic Structural Constellation Work (SySt,) by Prof. Varga of Kibéd
(http://www.syst.info/node/227 )combined with the integral approach by Ken Wilber
(quadrants, spiral dynamics levels, states, stages, types, etc.), NLP (Neurolinguistic
Programming) and my experiences as a consultant and coach.
Benefits: The perception of representatives can lead to surprising insights into the structural
dynamics of systems as well as their inert forces and opportunities for change processes. If
required it is possible to even find solutions for all parties involved. Being able to look at a
situation from the outside, makes it much easier for people to see the dynamics at play between
the people involved.
II.
Presentation of the trainer :
Rolf Lutterbeck studied computer science at the University of Dortmund at the beginning of the
seventies (diploma in Informatics). Since the beginning of 1996 he has been an independent
consultant, coach and trainer for managing directors, executives, businessmen, independent
service providers and private persons. His integral-systemic approach is based on the integral
theory of Ken Wilber and the systemic principles and structural constellation work of Prof.
Varga of Kibéd (university of Munich).
He is co-founder and trainer of the DIA (Die Integrale Akademie) and member of infosyon
(International Forum for System Constellations in Organisations). He is a certified Master
Trainer DVNLP and coach DVNLP.

Fundamentals and theory
o Origin and history of his integral-systemic work.
o Introduction to the trans-verbal "visual language" (interpretation of pictures
consisting of two elements).
o The sequence of steps of a constellation.
o Short introduction to the integral approach (Quadrant Model and Spiral
Dynamics).
Basic models and practice

Flashlight constellations.
A small training model to analyze relationships between two elements within a system. These
elements are usually the “Focus" (representing the client) and another person or any type of
matter.


Constellation of problems (with symbols)
Visualization of a problem with 10 symbols (suitable for ALL private and
business problems), an all-round coaching method.
Tetralemma constellations for more coherent decisions.
Looking at a dilemma from four different perspectives. Find a “good” and
consistent solution.
Team structure constellations. Sequence of team members, constellation
tiers, the gear-shift intervention, …
Spiral Dynamics Constellations.

The most important interventions (how to make meaningful changes/ general principles).

This training is proposed to all constellators (both family and organizational constellators) or
coach.

Description de la formation
L’approche des constellations structurelles intégrales
est une méthode qui consiste à rendre visible les
structures et les liens au sein d’une organisation tel
qu’une entreprise, une association, un réseau, un
partenariat, une famille ou des parties intérieures en
soi en représentant dans l’espace les gens et les objets.
Son travail est basé sur l’approche des constellations structurelles systémiques du Professeur
Varga Von Kibed (voir http://www.syst.info/node/227 ) combinée avec l’approche de Ken
Wilber (les quadrants, les spirales dynamiques, les états et les niveaux, les types ..) et la PNL
(programmation Neurolinguistique) ainsi que mon expérience de coach.
Cette approche permet de développer une nouvelle vision de la dynamique des systèmes
organisationnels de même que de percevoir leurs forces et les opportunités de changement. Il
permet aussi d’envisager la situation la meilleure pour chacune des parties prenantes.

Presentation du formateur :
Rolf Lutterbeck a étudié l’informatique à l’Université de Dortmund au début des années 1970.
Depuis 1996, il travaille comme consultant indépendant, coach et formateur avec des
managers, des chefs d’entreprises, des indépendants et des privés. Son approche systémique
intégrale est basée sur l’approche de Ken Wilber et sur les principes systémiques des
constellations structurelles du Professeur Varga Von Kibed (Université de Munich).
Il est co-fondateur et formateur de l’académie intégrale (DIA) et membre d’Infosyon (le « Forum
international des constellations systémiques en organisations »). Il est maître certifié et coach
en PNL.

Approche et fondements théoriques

Les différentes étapes d’une constellation.
Introduction à la notion de langage « visuel transverbal » (qui consiste en
l’interprétation d’images qui intègrent deux éléments).
Brève introduction sur l’approche intégrale de Ken Wilber.
Eléments pratiques et modèles expérimentaux

Constellations flash.
Un modèle qui analyse les relations entre deux éléments à l’intérieur d’un système. Ces
éléments sont généralement le « focus » (qui représente le client) et une autre personne
ou une autre considération.

Modèles proposés durant la formation.
o La constellation d’un problème (avec des symboles) est une méthode qui convient
à toutes les situations aussi bien privées que professionnelles. Il s’agit d’une
approche à 360 degrés.
o Les constellations « tetralemma » qui permettent de sortir d’un dilemme en
trouvant une solution à la fois « bonne » et opportune.
o Des constellations structurelles de groupe destinées aux membres d’une équipe,
aux tiers et l’intervention dite « changement de vitesse ».
o Approche des interventions les plus opportunes dans un système (comment
induire des changements significatifs/principes de base).
Cette formation est destinée aux personnes formées en constellation (familiales et
organisationnelles) et aux coachs.

Le prix de la formation est de 350 € ou 315 € pour autant que l’intégralité du montant
