• HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE HANDLES (PS0424)

Find the fixation holes at each end of the canoe and clean them if necessary.
A) Place two QC0071 nuts, one inside each of the two cavities on the handle as shown below. (Photo 1)
B) Slide the handle under the end cap and attach it to the canoe with two QC0182 screws and two QC0142 washers,
using a #2 Philips screwdriver. Headscrews and washers should be installed outised the canoe. (Photo 2, 3 & 4)
Repeat A and B for the other handle.

Repérer les trous de fixation sur chaque extérmité du canot et les ébavurer si nécessaire.
A) Insérer deux écrous QC0071 dans les cavités de la poignée prévues à cet effet tel qu’illustré. (Photo 1)
B) Glisser la poignée sous la pointe du canot et la fixer avec deux vis QC0182 et deux rondelles QC0142, à
l’aide d’un tournevis Philips #2. Les têtes de vis et les rondelles vont à l’exétieur du canot. (Photo 2, 3 & 4)
Répéter les opérations A et B pour l’autre poignée.
• HOW TO INSTALL THE COOLER SEAT (PS1006-112)

Find the fixation holes at middle of the canoe and clean them if necessary.Fix the cooler seat in the center
with the QC0148 screws, the QC0142 washers and the QC0071 nuts using a #2 Philips screwdriver and a 3/8’’
wrench. The vertical rod holders of the seat must be positioned towards the back of the canoe at the time of
the assembly. The headscrew and washers should be installed inside the canoe and the nuts outside.
COMMENT ASSEMBLER LE BANC GLACIÈRE (PS1006-112)
Repérer les trous de fixation au centre du canot et les ébavurer si nécessaire. Fixer le banc glacière au centre
avec les vis QC0148, les rondelles QC0142 et les écrous QC0071 à l’aide d’un tournevis Philips #2 et d’une clé
3/8’’. Les porte-cannes du banc glacière doivent être positionnés vers l’arrière du canot lors de l’assemblage.
Les têtes de vis et les rondelles doivent être placées à l’intérieur du canot et les écrous à l’extérieur du canot.
• HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE CENTRAL WOOD THWART (PS0495)
A) Install supports into the 2 central holes of the canoe with the QC0148 screws and the QC0071 nuts, using a #2 Philips
screwdriver and 3/8” wrench.
B) Place the thwart onto the supports and secure with the QC0182 screws, the QC0142 washers and the QC0071 nuts,
using a #2 Philips screwdriver and a 3/8” wrench. The washer QC0142 must be placed between the bar and the screw
and another washer QC0142 must be placed under the support of the central bar and the nut. The part of the yoke
from which emerges the 2 bumps designed to fit the shape of the neck should be facing the front of the canoe.
COMMENT ASSEMBLER LA BARRE CENTRALE (PS0495)
A) Assembler les supports aux 2 trous centraux du canot avec les vis QC0148 et les écrous QC0071, avec l’aide d’un
tournevis Philips #2 et d’une clé 3/8’’.
B) Placer la barre centrale sur les supports et fixer avec les vis QC0182, les rondelles QC0142 et les écrous QC0071,
avec l’aide d’un tournevis Philips #2 et d’une clé 3/8’’. Une rondelle QC0142 doit être placée entre la barre et
la vis et une autre rondelle QC0142 doit être placée sous le support de barre centrale et l’écrou. La partie du
joug d’où émergent les 2 bosses conçues pour épouser la forme du cou doit faire face à l’avant du canot.

Fix the seat support (PS1088) under the folding seat (PS1087), in the center, with 4 screws (QC0147)
using a 3/8’’ wrench or hexagonal box. (Photo 1) To mount the front seat, use the bigger side supports
(PS1089) and place them with rod holders towards the back, as shown. (Photo 2) To mount the rear seat,
use the smaller side supports (PS1090) and place them as shown. (Photo 3) Slide a spacer (QC1035) on a
screw (QC0147) (Photo 4), insert it in the support and tighten firmly in a side sleeve under the seat using
a 3/8’’ wrench or hexagonal box. (Photo 5) Repeat this step for a total 6 screws with spacers per seat.
WARNING: Omitting to use the spacers can permanently damage the upper side of the seat.
To assemble the seats in the canoe, find the fixation holes at each end of the canoe and clean them
if necessary. Install the front seat and the back seat in the canoe with the screws (QC0148), the
washers (QC0142) and the nuts (QC0071), using a #2 Philips screwdriver and a 3/8’’ wrench. The
headscrews should be installed inside the canoe and the nuts outside as shown. (Photo 6)
COMMENT ASSEMBLER LES SIÈGES (PS1087)
Fixer le support de banc (PS1088) sous le siège pliant (PS1087), au centre, avec 4 vis (QC0147) à l’aide d’une clé
ou d’une douille 6 pans 3/8» (Photo 1). Pour assembler le siège avant, prenez les plus grands supports (PS1089)
et orientez les de sorte que les porte-cannes soient dirigés vers l’arrière tel qu’illustré. (Photo 2) Pour assembler
le siège arrière, prenez les plus petits supports (PS1090) et orientez les tel qu’illustré. (Photo 3) Enfilez un
espaceur (QC1035) sur une vis (QC0147) (Photo 4), l’insérer dans le support et bien serrer la vis dans un bossage
latéral sous le siège à l’aide d’une clé ou d’une douille 6 pans 3/8». (Photo 5) Répéter cette étape pour un total
de 6 vis avec espaceur par siège. ATTENTION: L’omission d’installer les espaceurs pourraient marquer le
dessus du siège de façon irréversible. Pour installer les sièges sur le canot, repérer les trous de fixation sur
chaque côté du canot et les ébavurer si nécessaire. Fixer les sièges avant et arrière avec les vis (QC0148), les
rondelles (QC0142) et les écrous (QC0071) à l’aide d’un tournevis Philips #2 et d’une clé 3/8’’. Les têtes de vis
et les rondelles doivent être placées à l’intérieur du canot et les écrous à l’extérieur tel qu’illustré. (Photo 6)

A) Pass the elastic through the hole of the cover (Photo 1)
B) Make a knot on the end of the elastic (Photo 2)
C) Place the cover on the seat and hold it in place with the elastics on both sides (Photo 3)
