INFORMATIONS PRATIQUES
1. PADDOCK / BOX
- Accès paddock et box :
Jeudi 21 avril 2016 de 9h00 à 20h00.
Les concurrents devront libérés les boxes le dimanche 24 avril avant 20h00 et pourront
stationner sur le P13 (entrée sud) jusqu’au lundi 25 avril.
- Tarif de location des box :
600 € TTC pour le weekend.
A diviser par le nombre de voitures dans le box.
A régler à V de V Sports. Le paiement par carte bancaire n’est pas accepté.
Les clés des box sont à récupérer à l’entrée du Working Paddock. Caution : 520 € par empreinte
bancaire.
Attention : Nous vous informons qu’un état des lieux sera fait par le circuit lors de l’entrée et la
sortie des box. Dans le cas où les grilles séparatives ne seraient pas remises, la caution sera
encaissée.
Les box sont réservés aux concurrents engagés en Endurance et sont à partager à plusieurs voitures
(dimensions 5m x 15m). Les semi-remorques pourront être placés derrière les box seulement dans le cas
où ils transportent minimum 3 voitures. Les autres seront placés sur le paddock. Les structures réceptives
seront également placées sur le paddock.
Le branchement à l’air comprimé n’est pas disponible dans les box. Les TV sont disponibles dans les box.
Connexions Internet :
WIFI gratuite dans le paddock, Réseau « LEMANS » / Internet par câble gratuit dans les box /
Câble non fourni, merci de le prévoir.

DERRIERE LES BOX, SOUS PEINE D’ENLEVEMENT PAR LA FOURRIERE.
2. INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES RELATIVES A L’EPREUVE DU MANS
Tous les pilotes participants aux essais privés du vendredi devront se présenter au bureau V de V Sports
afin de signer une décharge de responsabilité et récupérer un briefing papier, en contre partie nous leur
fournirons un bracelet qui leur donnera accès à la piste.
ATTENTION : TOUS PILOTE N’AYANT PAS DE BRACELET NE POURRA ACCEDER A LA PISTE
3. ACCES CIRCUIT
L’entrée se fera par l’entrée Sud (plan ci-joint) pour tout le monde et durant tout le week-end, en
voiture ou en camion. Nous vous informons que l’entrée sud sera fermée le soir à partir de 20h, si vous
souhaitez sortir du circuit il faudra passer par l’entrée nord. Vous ne pourrez pas accéder au circuit après
cette heure-ci.
Suite au renforcement des procédures de sécurité liés aux différents évènements de ces derniers mois,
nous vous informons que les contrôles d’accès débuteront dés le jeudi matin, c’est pourquoi une
enveloppe par team sera préparée en amont et déposée à l’entrée Sud contenant les accès au paddock et
au parking. Celle-ci sera nominative et pourra être récupérée sur présentation d’une pièce d’identité à
partir du jeudi matin par la personne qui aura été désignée auprès de V de V Sports. Le responsable de
l’enveloppe se chargera de remettre les passes à toutes les personnes de son team souhaitant entrer sur

le circuit. Cette personne sera responsable de ses passes et V de V Sports ne pourra être tenu pour
responsable de la perte ou vol de ceux-ci, en aucun cas V de V Sports ne pourra remplacer les passes qui
seront perdus par les teams.
Le reste des passes (pitlane/pitwall) sera remis lors des contrôles administratifs au bureau V de V.
4. LAISSEZ-PASSER
Chaque concurrent recevra ses laissez-passer, après que tous les pilotes aient effectués les contrôles
administratifs, répartis de la façon suivante :
- Endurance : 8 passes accès Paddock, 10 passes accès stands et Pit Lane, 6 parkings P5-P7-P12.
- Sprint : 5 passes accès Paddock, 5 passes accès stands et Pit Lane, 3 parkings P5-P7-P12.
- VHC : 5 passes accès Paddock, 5 passes accès stands et Pit Lane, 4 parkings P5-P7-P12.
Les parkings concurrents resteront ouverts tout au long du week-end.

Nous vous rappelons que la présence d’animaux et d’enfants de moins de 14 ans est
STRICTEMENT INTERDITE sur la pitlane.
5. RESTAURANT DU PADDOCK
L’équipe de Smoking Dog sera présente lors de cette épreuve, afin de leur permettre d’organiser leur
déplacement et leur structure, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir réserver les repas de votre équipe

USEFUL INFORMATION
1. PADDOCK / GARAGES
- Paddock and Garages access:
Thursday, April, 21st from 9.00am to 8.00pm.
Competitors must leave garages on Sunday, April 24th before 08.00pm and can
stay on the P13 (south entrance) until Monday, April 25th.
- Garages rental fees:
600 € for the weekend
To be divided by the number of cars in the garage.
To be paid to V de V Sports. Credit cards are not accepted.
Garage keys to be collected from the Working Paddock. Deposit : 520 € blocked by credit card.
Attention: May we remind you that the garages will be inspected by the circuit staff before and after
your arrival. If the metal railings separating the garages are not put back in place, the deposit will be
cashed.
Garages can be shared with several cars (Garage size: 5m x 15m). Priority will be given to articulated
lorries carrying AT LEAST 3 cars wishing to be parked behind the garages. Others will be set on the
Paddock. Catering structures will be set on the paddock.
Compressed air connecting branch is not available in the garages.
Internet supply :
- Free WIFI in the Paddock, network: “LEMANS” / Cable Internet free in garages /
Cable not provided, please can you provide it.
PLEASE REMEMBER NO PERSONAL CAR WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PADDOCK AND BEHIND GARAGES, IT
WILL BE IMPOUNDED.
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE MEETING AT LE MANS
All drivers participating in private practive sessions on Friday must present themsellves at the V de V
Sports office in order to sign a liability waiver and pick up a pre-briefing notice. In exchange we will
provide them with a bracelet allowing them to access the track.
ATTENTION: ANY DRIVER WHO IS NOT IN POSSESSION OF THIS BRACELET WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
ACCESS THE TRACK
3. CIRCUIT ACCESS
To access the circuit paddock, trucks and vehicles have to go through the South entrance (see map
attached) during all the weekend.
May we inform you that the South entrance will be closed from 8pm. Those wishing to exit the circuit
after these hours must go out through the North entrance. You will not be able to re-enter the circuit
after this time.
Due to reinforced security measures after the various events that have taken place these last few months
in France, we would like to remind you that the entries will be guarded from the Thursday morning. For
this reason we have prepared one envelope per team, containing paddock and parking passes, which will

be left at the South entrance for collection. V de V Sports has chosen one person from each team to
collect this envelope; hence this person will need to provide ID in order to obtain the passes. The person
in question will then be in charge of distributing the passes to any one of their team members wishing to
gain access to the circuit. This person is thus responsible for its passes. V de V Sports will not be held
responsible for any loss or theft. In no case shall V de V Sports replace any stolen or lost passes.
The remaining passes (pit lane/pit wall) will be handed over at the V de V office during administrative
checks.
4. PERSONAL BADGES
Each competitor will get his personal badges, once all drivers have signed on, divided as follows:
- Endurance: 8 paddock access badges, 10 garage and pit lane access badges, 6 P5-P7-P12 parking
passes.
- Sprint: 5 paddock access badges, 5 garage and pit lane access badges, 3 P5-P7-P12 parking passes.
- Historic: 5 paddock access badges, 5 garage and pit lane access badges, 4 P5-P7-P12 parking passes.
Competitor car parks will remain open all weekend.
PLEASE INFORM US OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE ON THE INFORMATION SHEET UNDERNEATH.
We remind you animals and children under 14 are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the pitlane.
5. PADDOCK RESTAURANT
Smoking Dog catering team will be at Le Mans. In order for them to organise their logistics and structure,
can you please book your minimum number of team meals beforehand, by sending the booking coupon

Booking a minimum of meals is mandatory.
6. TYRES, FUEL, TIME-KEEPING INFORMATION
