HELPING OUR AGING PETS by Chantale Robinson
Seminar on understanding the aging process in dogs and cats and what we can do to help. We will look
at the natural phenomena of aging, the consequences (hearing loss, digestive problems, arthritis etc.)
and how nutrition, vitamin and mineral supplements and holistic therapies can help them our aging pets.
3 pm – 4 pm
CANINE MASSAGES FOR GROOMERS by Chantale Robinson
This seminar will cover the benefits of massages and how to apply these massaging techniques during
the grooming process to help the animals. Dogs are welcomed for hands on demonstrations.
Chantale Robinson
She is a biologist and an animal health technician. She has been passionate with
her profession for over 15 years. She also teaches first aid for pets and gives
regular conferences on the subject. Chantale founded Kilookas to share her
knowledge with people that love animals and want the best care for them.
Biologist and vet technician for more than 15 year’s experience. She is also the
author of the book “First Aid for Cats and Dogs” and “Does my pet eat well?” She
is writer for multiple magazines.

As pet parents are more and more informed about pet products in general, it is not surprising
that natural remedies and holistic products and services are on the rise. This seminar will
describe the business opportunities that this market has for pet stores and the benefits that
these products and services have for consumers and stores alike.
Pascal Frochisse
Pascal Frochisse is a pharmacy doctor, graduate of the Faculté de pharmacie de Lille
(France), and is also an homeopath. After some years in a conventional pharmacy, he
moves towards the homeopathic industry where he works successively in France, United
States and Canada, where he establishes himself in 1986. He directs Dolisos
Laboratories for more than 20 years. In all this time, he does several pharmacy and
naturopath conferences and also to students from the pharmacy faculty at the University
of Laval and Québec. Faced with the increasing demand of natural treatments for pets,
he creates with Dr. Génouel, a natural and homeopathic health product line for small
animals, called Animacare.
