Cette superbe villa de 1 200 m² a récemment été acquise par une famille anglaise voyageant beaucoup, désireuse
d'avoir son pied-à-terre dans le Sud de la France. L'antenne Tropézienne d'Atelier Cos est intervenue pour obtenir les
autorisations administratives : surélévation d'une aile de la maison et refonte compète des appartements, et du pool
house. Atelier COS a ensuite mené la mission de maîtrise d’œuvre d'exécution pour assister Joanna Wood et le cabinet
d'architectes anglais BLDA.
This beautiful 1 200 m² villa has recently been bought by an English family who travels widely and desired to settle in the
south of France. Atelier COS office in Saint-Tropez was in charge of the administrative permits for the raising of one wing
of the house and for the rearrangment of all the apartments and the pool house. Atelier Cos then acted as project
manager and cooperated with Joanna Wood and the English architecture practice BLDA.
