ATT application process for Quebecers
As most of our Quebec members know, the “Authorization to Transport” is their responsibility. In the past this
involved photocopying your up-to-date card and sending along with your request form. The club is
considering changing the style of card we use in favour of an electronic card with an encoded expiry date. We
have contacted the appropriate people at the S.Q. to suggest a new format and they have accepted.
Starting immediately members in good standing will receive via email, a personalized form from the club
shown their name, PAL number and membership expiry date. Your dues are still required by October 31st, so
consider renewing your membership in advance to allow time for overlap to get your renewed ATT. Here is a
description of the process to follow:
1.
2.
3.
4.
Fill out the usual S.Q. form for the ATT that you used to send by snail mail or Fax.
Sign it , scan it and then transform to PDF. Alternatively you can FAX both documents to the S.Q.
Write an email to: [email protected]
The email should contain as attachments, both PDF files (completed, signed form and the letter
from VKHGC) with a message that reads pretty much as follows:
Bonjour,
___________________________
