L’objet de ce document est de définir les
exigences générales en termes d’emballage et de
livraisons entre le FOURNISSEUR et Sonceboz,
dans le but d’accomplir l’approche globale de
qualité, coût et délai dans l’environnement du
Juste à temps.

INTRODUCTION
The objective of this document is to define the
general requirements in terms of packaging and
delivery between the SUPPLIER and Sonceboz,
with the aim of achieving the global approach of
quality, cost and time limit in the just-in-time
environment.

Scope
Ce cahier des charges est envoyé aux
fournisseurs par les achats projets lors de la
consultation pour de nouveaux projets. Lors des
guidelines projet, l’acheteur projet s’assure que
les fournisseurs acceptent les exigences
contenues dans ce document et que les
premières livraisons sont conformes.
Ce cahier des charges s’applique aux
fournisseurs série de matières premières,
composants et sous-ensembles de Sonceboz,
ainsi qu’à ses sous-traitants.
This specification is sent to the suppliers by the
purchase projects during consultation for new
projects. During project guidelines, the project
purchaser makes sure that the suppliers accept
the requirements contained in this document and
the first deliveries are conform.
This specification applies to suppliers of raw
material, components and sub-assemblies of
Sonceboz, as well as to their sub-contractors.

Protection and quality guarantee
Tout emballage doit garantir la qualité des
produits jusqu'à son point d’utilisation final.
Tout emballage doit garantir une protection
mécanique (compression, gerbage, chocs,
chutes…) ainsi qu’une protection contre les
agressions liées aux conditions extérieures
(oxydation,
lumière,
aléas
climatiques,
humidité…) des produits.
Pour les produits susceptibles de détériorer
l’emballage (pièces huilées, pièces ‘pointues’…)
une protection supplémentaire adaptée et
conforme à la législation du pays en vigueur, peut
s’avérer nécessaire.
3.2
Rangement des produits dans l’unité de
conditionnement
L’aménagement intérieur de tout emballage doit
faciliter l’extraction et la préhension manuelle des
produits.
L’aménagement intérieur de tout emballage doit
être compatible avec le poste utilisateur (sens de
présentation des produits).
L’occupation du volume dans le contenant doit
être optimisée.
Every packaging must guarantee the quality of
products till its final point of use.
Every packaging must guarantee a mechanical
protection (compression, stacking, shocks, falls,
etc.) as well as a protection against adverse
effects related to external conditions (oxidation,
light, climatic uncertainties, humidity, etc.) of
products.
For products that are likely to adversely affect the
packaging (oiled parts, 'pointed' parts, etc.), an
additional protection adapted and conforming to
the legislation in force in the country, may prove to
be necessary.

Arranging products in the packaging
unit
Internal arrangement of all packaging must
facilitate extracting and manual gripping of
products.
Internal arrangement of all packaging must be
compatible with the user work station (direction in
which products are presented). The usage of
space in the container must be optimised.

Dimensions et capacité des unités de
conditionnement
Tout emballage doit contenir une quantité de
produit adaptée aux besoins de la ligne de
production et en adéquation avec la quantité
approvisionnée. Il est recommandé d’utiliser des
GALIA (carton avec couvercle) du type C40
(300x200x90), de type C15 (300x200x200) , du
type C9 (600x400x300) ou C11 (600x400x200)
(ou emballage durable, standard Odette, de
même dimension).
Les emballages incomplets sont interdits sauf
dans les cas de début et fin de vie produits.
Tout
emballage

3.5
Dimensions and capacity of packaging
units
All packaging must contain a quantity of product
adapted to needs of the production line and which
match the quantity supplied. We recommend to
use a standard GALIA (carton with cover) of type
C40 (300x200x90) (or durable packaging,
standard Odette, of same dimension), type C15
(300x200x200)
will be
used;

C9
(600x400x300) or C11 (600x400x200) (or durable
packaging, standard Odette, of same dimension)
will be used.
Incomplete packaging is prohibited except in
cases of start and end of product life.
All packaging must allow direct feeding into a
production line in a pulled flow concept. In
addition, the quantity of parts per UC defined must
be fixed.
All packaging must respond to general
requirements defined in the collection of
standards Packaging Galia EMB1, EMB2 and
EMB3.

Units of handling
Every delivery must be palletised each time the
quantity of packaging allows constituting a stage.
All palletised load must be stackable (higher level
plane) and distribution of the load must be
homogeneous.
Recommendation: each handling unit must be
stackable (static and moving) and remain stable.

Une charge palettisée doit être composée d’une
seule référence de produit. Le mixage de
plusieurs références sera possible par exception,
pour des livraisons de petites quantités si le
volume est inférieur à un étage de palette. Ces
exceptions doivent être étudiées et validées par la
logistique.
Les palettes devront être de dimensions standard,
soit 800x1200 ou 600 x800. La hauteur d’une
unité de manutention n’excèdera pas 1500 mm,
hors tout.

Fermeture des unités de
conditionnement et maintien des unités
de manutention (sécurité)
Tout emballage doit être étudié pour faciliter
l’ouverture sans instrument contondant (couteau,
cutter, etc…) dans le souci de rapidité,
ergonomie, et sans danger pour l’utilisateur ou le
produit.
Tout emballage doit être fermé par un couvercle
(= standard GALIA) sauf dans le cas des
emballages retournables. Le cerclage des unités
de conditionnement est interdit.
Le maintien des charges palettisées doit être
assuré par un filmage.
Le cerclage plastique des unités de manutention
est toléré mais l’utilisation de feuillard métallique
est interdite.

A palletised load must be composed of a single
product reference. Mixing of several references
will be possible by exception, for deliveries of
small quantities if the volume is lower than a pallet
stage. These exceptions must be checked and
validated by the logistic
Pallets must be of standard dimension, i.e.
800x1200 or 600 x800. Overall height of the
handling unit will not exceed 1500 mm.
3.6 Closing packaging units and
maintaining handling units (security)
All packaging must be studied to facilitate opening
without a blunt instrument (knife, cutter, etc.) in
the concern of rapidity, ergonomics, and without
danger for the user or the product.
All packaging must be closed with a cover
(=standard GALIA) except in case of returnable
packaging.
Hooping of packaging units is
prohibited.
Maintenance of palletised loads must be ensured
by a film.
Plastic hooping of handling units is tolerated but
use of metallic straps is prohibited.

Identification
Chaque unité de conditionnement et chaque unité
de manutention doivent être identifiées avec une
étiquette standard GALIA ou VDA avec codebarres.
Ces étiquettes doivent être apposées de manière
visible sur l’ensemble palettisé afin de faciliter le
contrôle réception.

entre le fournisseur et la Logistique SONCEBOZ.
Any deviation of a product in production to this
specification must be an exception and limited in
time.
The supplier has to coordinate any changes to the
product which affects the packaging with
Sonceboz logistic department, giving sufficient
time before the start of the change.

en vigueur en Suisse.

must fulfil the regulations in force in Switzerland.
Keeping in mind our environmental policy, the
definition of packaging must take into account
certain principles of which particularly:
 minimise the ratio packaging weight/product
weight
 favour the use of recycled material
 sutdy using of reusable packaging

in a clean and right state by the owner.

Généralités
Le fournisseur s’engage à :
 Respecter les délais de livraison demandés
 Gérer son stock de produits finis selon la
règle du FIFO.
Si le fournisseur n’est pas capable de répondre
aux besoins exprimés par SONCEBOZ (délai et
quantité), cela impliquera les actions suivantes de
la part du fournisseur :
 Avertir son correspondant logistique chez
SONCEBOZ au plus vite
 Informer des causes et actions correctives
à mener
 Proposer des actions à court terme pour
pallier
aux
besoins
exprimés
par
SONCEBOZ.
Le FOURNISSEUR prépare et fournit à
SONCEBOZ un plan de sécurisation (rupture,
arrêt de ligne, panne production...) dans le but
d’assurer les livraisons des produits. Le service
logistique de SONCEBOZ peut auditer ce plan de
sécurité.
Le FOURNISSEUR doit communiquer les
coordonnées d’un contact logistique impliqué
dans nos flux et accessible durant les heures de
travail.
The supplier undertakes to:
 Respect the requested due dates of
delivery
 Manage his stock of finished products as
per the FIFO rule.
If the supplier is not capable of responding to
requirements expressed by SONCEBOZ (time
limit and quantity), it implies the following actions
from the supplier:
 Inform his logistics contact at SONCEBOZ
as soon as possible
 Inform the causes and corrective actions to
be carried out
 Suggest short term actions that can level off
the needs expressed by SONCEBOZ.
The SUPPLIER prepares and provides a security
plan to SONCEBOZ (break, stopping line,
production failure, etc.) with the aim to ensure
delivery of products. The SONCEBOZ logistics
department can audit this security plan.
The SUPPLIER has to give notice of his logistic
contact person, who is involved in decision
making and are accessible at all times during
business hours.

Fréquence
La fréquence de livraison souhaitée par
SONCEBOZ est journalière; les heures de
réception sur le site de SONCEBOZ sont
comprises entre 7h00 et 16h30 du lundi au
vendredi. Elles doivent toujours être respectées.
Toute livraison en dehors de ces indications sera
considérée comme incident logistique (cf.
paragraphe 8).
Toute avance de livraison non négociée avec le
service logistique de SONCEBOZ entraînera un
retour de pièces aux frais du FOURNISSEUR.
Pour les flux de composants importants (plus de 6
palettes), des fenêtres de livraison doivent être
impérativement
respectées
par
le
FOURNISSEUR. Ces fenêtres sont à définir entre
SONCEBOZ et le FOURNISSEUR.
General points
Frequency
The frequency of delivery desired by SONCEBOZ
is daily; the time for receiving on the SONCEBOZ
premises is between 7:30 and 16:30 from Monday
to Friday. These must always be respected. Any
delivery beyond these indications will be
considered as a logistics incident (cf. section 8).
Any anticipated and non-negotiated delivery with
the SONCEBOZ logistics department will result in
returning the parts with the cost being borne by
the SUPPLIER.
For flow of significant components (more than 6
pallets), delivery window period must be
imperatively respected by the SUPPLIER. These
window periods are to be defined between
SONCEBOZ and the SUPPLIER.

DELIVERY DOCUMENTS
Trois types de documents de livraison sont
nécessaires pour assurer la bonne gestion des
réceptions à SONCEBOZ. La norme GALIA est
exigée par SONCEBOZ. Dans le cas d’autre
norme, les informations nécessaires obligatoires
se trouvent ci-dessous. Le fournisseur doit fournir
un plan d’action afin d’utiliser la norme GALIA.
Three types of delivery documents are necessary
to ensure correct management of receiving at
SONCEBOZ site. The GALIA standard is required
by SONCEBOZ. In case of other standards, the
necessary mandatory information is found below.
The supplier must provide an action plan so as to
use the GALIA standard.

Le FOURNISSEUR devra éditer des bordereaux
de livraison (BL) correspondant, avec chaque
livraison. Ils devront être correctement renseignés
et accessible sur le dessus de la première palette.
Les informations suivantes sont obligatoires sur le
BL (écrites et en codes-barres):
 N° de BL lisible
 N° de programme de livraison (commande
ouverte) SONCEBOZ
 Référence SONCEBOZ

E.I., Présérie, etc., le FOURNISSEUR livrera avec
le type de BL mentionné ci-dessus avec les
informations supplémentaires suivantes :
 Le N° de commande spécifique.
 Code d’identification de SONCEBOZ+ le
nom de la personne (ainsi que son service
chez SONCEBOZ) concernée par cette
livraison.

Delivery note
The SUPPLIER must edit the corresponding
delivery note, with each delivery. They must be
correctly filled and stick on the top of the first
pallet.
The following information is mandatory on the
delivery note (written and with bar-code)::

In case of non-standard deliveries such as E.I.,
Pre-production, etc., the SUPPLIER will deliver

of the person (as well as department at
SONCEBOZ) concerned with this delivery.

Les incidents d’origine logistique sont traités selon
la procédure SONCEBOZ, utilisée pour la
réception des marchandises de type "Série".

Sous 24H, envoyer, à SONCEBOZ, la
description des actions de sécurisation
immédiates mise en œuvre,

format 8D, la description des actions
correctives mises en œuvre.
