This centrally located, three-storey villa has wonderful views of the sea, Nerano Bay,
the Gulf of Salerno and the Mount San Costanzo. Nerano is just a kilometre away, and
many excellent restaurants and grocery stores as well as a sandy beaches are within
200 metres. The stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense- Sorrento line is a
100 metres from the luxury rental villa in Sorrento. Guests can choose between
spending their holiday relaxing on the beach, doing some diving, water skiing or wind
surfing or alternatively they may rent a boat to explore the nearby Capri Island or the
Amalfi Coast. Other local activities include sailing, cycling and horse riding. The villa
can be rented as a whole (sleeping 20) or as three separate units (sleeping 6 or 7).
With many large, glass windows and a number of terraces, this contemporary villa
makes good use of the sea views. There are three smart, open plan living and dining
rooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor which all lead directly onto
private terraces. One of the terraces boasts a wood pizza oven and BBQ. The floors
are paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the typical style of the Amalfi Coast.
Furnishings include comfortable armchairs and a double sofa bed, while the dining
table can accommodate six guests. All the living rooms have a digital TV, Wi-Fi
internet and an air-conditioning/heating unit. Three fully equipped kitchens make meal
preparations in this self-catered villa easy and convenient.
It can sleep up to twenty people. The villas has six double bedrooms, with separate
bathrooms, each having large windows displaying the unparalleled views of the
coastline below, as well as air-conditioning/heating units. There are two passage
chambers, connecting two bedrooms at either end of the passage, with double sofa
beds. A cradle is available for very young children.
On the roof is a solarium, where guests can feast their eyes on the breath-taking views
of the ocean. Equipped with umbrellas, sun chairs and a swing chair, as well as a

The ground level has a sprawling terrace with dining and seating areas, as well as a
large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, inviting guests to spend the long
summer days outdoors. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
A flourishing, well-manicured garden encircles the villa with a variety of trees and
natural vegetation. Services include utilities, weekly cleaning and final cleaning. There
is private parking available for guests.
Note: The villa can also be divided into three separate units and partially rented, the
Apartment SORR2432 B and C for seven people, and the Apartment SORR2432 A for
six people. Each apartment has a private entrance and private terrace with dining area
while sharing the solarium and the swimming pool.
