Informations générales
•
Procédure d’envoi du matériel
ECHANGE STANDARD NORMAL
•
Envoyer le matériel défectueux chez Ascom (France) SA accompagné d’un bon de commande
comprenant le code article, la désignation et le tarif en vigueur (prix du matériel + frais de port
de 12€).
•
Dès réception du matériel, un devis sera établi et faxé dans les cas suivants :
- Le bon de commande n’est pas joint.
- Le matériel est irréparable et doit être remplacé.
•
Le devis, avant d’être retourné à Ascom (France) SA, doit être daté, signé (avec le cachet
d’établissement) et précédé de la mention bon pour accord. Il doit également comporter un
numéro de commande.
•
A compter de la date de réception de la commande ou du devis, un délai de 1 à 3 jours est
nécessaire pour la livraison du matériel (sous réserve du stock disponible).
ECHANGE STANDARD AVANCE
•
Prendre contact le Centre de Réparation de Ascom (France) SA à Nanterre pour vérifier la
disponibilité du matériel.
•
Si nécessaire, à la demande du client, un devis sera établi et faxé par Ascom (France) SA.
•
Retourner à Ascom (France) SA le devis et/ou la commande qui devront comporter la date, le
code article, la désignation et le tarif en vigueur (prix du matériel + frais de port de 12€).
•
Livraison par Ascom (France) SA du matériel commandé dès réception de la commande.
•
Envoyer le matériel défectueux en retour chez Ascom (France) SA dans un délai de 8 jours
accompagné d’une copie du bon de livraison du matériel remplacé. Si le matériel défectueux
n’est pas restitué dans ce délai de 8 jours, Ascom (France) SA facturera le matériel remplacé
au prix du tarif neuf.
