La natura primordiale e le radicate tradizioni si manifestano
in tutta la loro intensità soprattutto nelle numerose malghe
gestite della regione. Qui, lontani dalla quotidianità, la fatica
del camminare viene premiata con uno squisito tagliere di
affettati e formaggio “Brettljause“ e con le tipiche omelette
dolci stracciate “Kaiserschmarrn”, il tutto accompagnato
da un ottimo grappino.
La nature originelle et le respect des traditions sont particulièrement perceptibles les nombreux alpages et auberges de montagne de la région. La marche, bien loin
du quotidien, y est récompensée par un délicieux casse-crôute composé de charcuteries et de formages, un
« Kaiserschmarrn », sorte de crêpe épaisse et découpée
en lamelles, et un bon et un bon petit « Schnaps ».

gemütlich, flach verlaufenden Radtour entlang des Inns. Auf
der Strecke können zahlreiche Stationen angefahren werden, die vom Bienenhonig über Schnäpse bis hin zu Früchten viel Kulinarisches bieten.

in Telfs das Fasnachtsfieber aus und zieht Tausende in seinen Bann. Die prächtigen Masken können während des
ganzen Jahres im Fasnacht- und Heimatmuseum „Noaflhaus“ bewundert werden.
UNESCO – Intangible Cultural Heritage. Every five years,
Telfs succumbs to carnival fever. The “Schleicherlaufen“
parade enthralls thousands of visitors and the magnificent
masks can be admired throughout the year at the Carnival
& Local History Museum “Noaflhaus”.

immateriale dell’umanità. Le magnifiche maschere possono essere ammirate durante tutto l’anno presso il museo
del carnevale e delle tradizioni popolari “Noaflhaus”.
Tous les cinq ans, la fièvre du carnaval gagne Telfs et envoûte des milliers de personnes. Ce spectacle splendide
est classé au patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’UNESCO.
Ses masques extraordinaires peuvent être admirés toute

Hinter den Mauern des heutigen Barockbaus, der 1273
erstmals errichtet wurde, gilt es spannende Details über
Tirols Geschichte zu entdecken. Ebenfalls ein barockes
Baujuwel ist die Orangerie des Stifts. Im Anschluss empfiehlt sich auch ein Besuch im Klosterladen.
The monastery walls, originally built in 1273, bear witness
to many intriguing aspects of Tyrolean history. The Abbey’s
Orangerie, like the Abbey itself, is a baroque architectural
gem. It’s also worth browsing the monastery shop at the end
of your visit.

Dietro alle mura dell’attuale struttura barocca eretta nel
1273 in stile romanico è possibile scoprire avvincenti dettagli sulla storia del Tirolo. Un altro gioiello architettonico è

visita vi consigliamo di visitare lo shop del monastero.
On peut découvrir, derrière les murs de l’actuel bâtiment
baroque, construit en 1273 dans le style roman, des détails
passionnants sur l’histoire du Tyrol. L’Orangerie de cette
abbaye est également un joyau de l’architecture baroque.
