From the intense fruit of the Hyde family's vineyard
in the south of Napa. This property is co-managed

FEATURED POUILLY-FUMÉ
D. Dagueneau, "Buisson Renard", 2011 - $179
Farming individual vineyards in his hometown
of Saint-Andelain outside Sancerre, the wines of
Didier Dagueneau forever changed the potential
of Sauvignon Blanc. Practicing healthy, natural
farming while never accepting mediocre produce,
Dagueneau became the universal benchmark for the
varietal. We chose the Buisson-Renard vineyard
because it shows more complexity in its youth than
any of the other parcels. And because it is rockstar.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Turnbull, 2012 - $118
A winery in renaissance. Always farming some of
the best fruit of Napa Valley, the winery has started
making less and less wine. Believing in quality over
quantity the bottlings are getting very impressive.
Situated next to To Kalon, the wines display the
power, elegance, and structure of Napa at its finest.

FEATURED SONOMA COAST
Soliste, "Narcisse", Pinot Noir, 2013 - $88
Burgundy born and raised, Claude Koeberle is
considered one of the world's foremost experts of
Pinot Noir, and his wines never cease to amaze.
"Soliste" comes from the name that winemakers in
Burgundy use for a special barrel reserved solely for
family and friends. Most of their wines are made in
what they call the "MonoClone" style, using single
clones from single sites and aged individually in
a single cooperage. The "Narcisse" is a blend of
these "MonoClones" that is given an additional 8
months of aging for the cherry/berry fruits and the
earthy/minerally terroir to homogenize into a pure
expression of Sonoma County Pinot Noir.

A grand cru classé wine from an exceptional
vintage lends itself to incredible aging potential.
These bottles have been resting for 15 years in
the underbelly of the winery, their only other home
before making their way to our cellar. A delicate,
yet powerful, balance of bright ripe fruit and rustic
terroir, this wine's pedigree is shining through
beautifully.

If ever there was a fickle wine, Burgundy comes first
to mind. Disappointment and frustration accompany
the thrill of enjoying ethereal wines. Few producers
are as rustic, enjoyable, and consistent as Bruno
Clair. His "Vaudenelles" vineyard showcases the
unique terroir of the northern Côte d'Or.

FEATURED SAINT JOSEPH
François Villard, "Reflet", 2009 - $123
In Saint Joseph, red wines are centered around
the workhorse grape of the Northern Rhône: Syrah.
These Syrah-based wines are able to capture not
only power, but elegance as well. They are able to
flex their muscular guns, while still being able to talk
about their feelings. With flavors including fresh red
and black berries, smoke, bacon fat and olive brine,
these are some of the most exciting and complex
wines on the planet.

FEATURED BAROLO
Azelia, 2011 -$107
This historic winery run by the lauded Scavino
family combines both power and elegance through
maniacal attention to detail in the vineyards. The
vines used for this wine are an average age of
40 years and produce very low yields -- which in
the economy of viticulture, less is more! Greater
concentration, ripeness, and aromatic complexity
create the ideal experience in the glass; or if you
prefer, a party in the mouth.

Brunello di Montalcino has risen to be the premier

FEATURED VENETO RED
Corvina della Provincia di Verona
Marchesi Biscardo, 2013 - $62
The Veneto is home to some of Italy's finest
and most interesting wines. Although often
overshadowed by the popularity of classic
Amarone, the region could not be more apt
towards making stellar wine. Marchesi Biscardo
combines modern farming with the classic
'Recioto' style to showcase the potential of wine in
the valleys outside Verona.

FEATURED TORO
Numanthia, 2009- $119
The Numanthia 2008 vintage was special as it was
the first vintage at the winery for Manuel Louzada,
their current winemaker. After every vintage, he
wisely holds back an allotment of bottles with their
future undecided. These bottles remain at the
winery as his personal collection, aging beautifully in
ideal conditions. It was eventually decided that some
of these bottles should be released to the public in
order to demonstrate their incredible aging potential.
Using 100% Tinto del Toro (Tempranillo), this wine
is able to combine power and concentration of fruit
with the elegance and terroir of an Old World wine.

FEATURED AUSTRALIAN SHIRAZ
2hands, "Gnarly Dudes", 2012 - $88
Every dog has its day, and at a steakhouse Shiraz
shines. These big jammy wines add complexity
and juiciness to any steak. 2hands impeccably
crafts full-bodied Shiraz with less sweetness than
its neighbors. "Gnarly Dudes" refers to the ancient
gnarled vines that create the intense grapes needed
to produce this wine in the Barossa Valley.

FEATURED SAUTERNES
Château Rieussec, 1988 - $313
Which wine brings you the most joy? Not the wine
that is most popular, complex or even the most
profound- but the one that makes your palate truly

Nowhere else in the world can compete with these
Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon-based stickies. Yes, its
sweet but just as complex with layers of exotic fruit
and honey that would make any foie gras blush!

FEATURED FANCY BEER
B.O.M., "Full Moon 12", 2015-$15
Bert Van Hecke was the brewmaster at St.
Bernardus, and he helped them develop the
famous recipe for their Abt 12. Did you know
that for a period of time the Westvleteren
12 was being brewed at St.Bernardus? Can
you guess who was helping to brew that
beer? Indeed, it was Bert Van Hecke, the
now infamous brewmaster at BOM (Belgian
Original Malt Bakery & Brewery). This beer
is Bert’s recreation of the classic Westy 12
recipe with Bert’s signature hand roasted
malts and home toasted oak chips. This
beer is in very limited supply, so grab one
while you still can!!!

FEATURED PINOT NOIR MAGNUM
Hirsch, "San Andreas", Sonoma Coast, 2012- $278
The San Andreas Fault is the fault line that marks the
meeting of the Pacific and North American tectonic plates.
This fault snakes up the California coast, passing right along
side Hirsch's vineyards. This fault line is responsible for the
geologic and topographical complexity of the soils for these
vineyard sites. This flagship wine, made from 100% estate
fruit, shows incredible structure. It is an expressive, terroirdriven wine that will drink well for years. It's not our "fault" that
it 'll soon be all gone...
