The luxury chalet is located in Davos just 2,2 kilometres from the WEF congress
centre close to the Tivoli Lodge. The residential are is about a five minutes' drive from
the centre of town and just 200 metres from the nearest ski area. Elegant and warm,
the luxury ski chalet is placed in a unique and exclusive location offering unequalled
views over Davos and the surrounding countryside. In winter, cross-country ski trails,
tobogganing and ice sports round off the facilities.
The 400sqm chalet has been tastefully decorated with a traditional, welcoming
ambience charmingly mixing old and new. Stylish in the extreme, it possesses a
beautifully finished, mature- wood interior as well as balconies where you can take in
the inspiring mountain views. The beautifully decorated entrance hall on the ground
floor leads to the stairs and lift and also to the amazing spacious living area with
fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace access. On the same floor is a
wonderful library, the dining area with seating for 20 guests and leading from there is
the fully equipped kitchen. On a lower level is a bright relaxation area with large
windows, a cinema corner, dining area seating 10, a small bar and wine tasting area
and kitchen. Cable TV, DVD and flat screen TV's, board games, Wi-Fi and a telephone
are some of the facilities included.
Twelve guests can be accommodated in the luxury ski chalet. On the lower ground
floor are the double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor is a bunk
bedroom sleeping two with en suite shower room. On the first floor is the master
double bedroom with bureau, lounge area, dressing area, en suite bathroom with
shower and bathtub, and balconies access with great mountain views. Next to it is
another double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
A spa area is located on the lower level with a sauna for four guests, shower and
massage room. A spacious gym with terrace access is also located here.
