Administration News
New Admission and
Promotions Forms
‘On-line’
New Admission (Professional and NonProfessional) and Promotion forms are
now available on our international
website. To access these forms log-in to
the Members Area and click on ‘Chaîne
Executive and Administration’ and then
‘Administrative Aids’. The New OMDG
Admission Form is now posted on the
‘Ordre Mondial’ section of the Members
Area under the heading ‘Admission
Forms’.
To access these forms you will first need
to visit our international website
www.chaine-des-rotisseurs.net and then
log-in to the Members Area. All forms
are available in downloadable pdf format
and these immediately replace any
previous or existing ones in use. Our
Paris Headquarters/Annie Varin can also
email these to you.
Annual Dues
The deadline for payment by National
Bailliages to the Paris Headquarters is 30
April 2006. Please inform your members
of this and only those members for whom
the Admission or Promotion contribution
has been received by the International
Headquarters no later than 30 April can
vote at the General Assembly on 10 June
2006. If the dues are not paid by this
date, a reinstatement fee will be
incurred.
General Assembly 10 June 2006: CANNES
Grand Chapitre, Bailliage of France 9 to 11 June
The General Assembly will be held in Cannes, France on Saturday 10 June on the occasion of
the Grand Chapitre of the Bailliage of France from 9 to 11 June. Cannes, located on the Côte
d’Azur, also known as the French Riviera, is about 27 kilometers/17 miles and a thirty minute
drive from Nice International Airport.
The Conseil Magistral Meeting will take place on Friday 9 June from 2.00pm to 6.00pm and the
General Assembly from 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday 10 June. For information on the

Concours International des Jeunes Commis
Rôtisseurs
14 September, Adelaide, Australia
The Annual International ‘Jeunes Commis Rôtisseurs’ Competition will take place in Adelaide
on 14 September. This event coincides with the Bailliage of Australia’s Grand Chapitre from 14
to 16 September. To find out more on registration, accommodation and other information, visit
http://www.lachaine.com.au/. Why not continue the Chaîne experience in Melbourne and
Sydney where special programmes have been arranged.

Some Member promotions do not always
require a ‘new’ ribbon. As a result, the
Conseil d’Administration has agreed to
now include on the new Promotion Form
a tick-box to indicate when a new ribbon
is not required. This means that the cost
of the ribbon will be deducted from the
Promotion fee.

The Bailliage of Sweden will hold its Grand Chapitre in Östersund located in
Jämtland, Sweden from 26 to 28 May and it promises to be a “genuine gastronomic
experience” and a excellent opportunity to experience great Swedish hospitality and

The Bailliage of Austria has a special Grand Chapitre this year from 15 to 18 June in
Salzburg, celebrating Mozart’s anniversary. For information visit www.chaine.at
The Bailliage of the United States of America is inviting Chaîne members worldwide
to come and join in the Grand Chapitre, 11 to 14 October at the Westin Kierland

Assemblée Générale 10 juin 2006: CANNES
Grand Chapitre du Bailliage de France, du 9 au 11 juin 2006
L’Assemblée générale se tiendra le 10 juin 2006 à Cannes en France à l’occasion du Grand
Chapitre du Bailliage de France du 9 au 11 juin. Cannes, située sur la Côte d’Azur, est à 27
kilomètres et 30 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport international de Nice.
La réunion du Conseil Magistral aura le lieu le vendredi 9 juin de 14H00 à 18H00 et l’Assemblée

Le Concours international des Jeunes Commis Rôtisseurs aura lieu le 14 septembre 2006 dans le
cadre du Grand Chapitre du Bailliage d’Australie du 14 à 16 septembre. Les informations
relatives à l’enregistrement, à l’hébergement et au programme se trouvent sur

Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir
rappeler à vos membres que la date
limite du paiement des cotisations est le
30 avril 2006. Par ailleurs, seuls auront
accès à l’Assemblée Générale devant se
tenir le 10 juin 2006 les membres pour
lesquels le Siège Mondial aura reçu les
frais d’admission et de promotion au plus
tard le 30 avril 2006. Des frais de
réintégration seront exigibles en cas de
non paiement des cotisations dans le
délai imparti.
La liste de nos manifestations dans le monde entier est publiée en rubrique
‘Calendrier’ sur le site Internet officiel de la Chaîne.
Un grand nombre de Grands Chapitres et Chapitres se tiendront dans le monde entier en 2006.
