5. Insert threaded end of spray hose down
through hose guide, attach to center faucet
outlet, tightening securely. Snug with wrench
if necessary.
6. Turn on hot and cold water. Check for any
leaks, especially at hook-ups to supply lines.
Remove aerator from end of spout. Flush
both water lines allowing water to run for one
minute. Replace aerator.
WHEN HAND TIGHTENING PLASTIC NUTS, DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN! IF LINE LEAKS AFTER INSTALLATION,
TIGHTEN A FURTHER 1/4 TURN.
NOTE: USE ONLY PLUMBER'S TAPE FOR THREADED
CONNECTIONS. NEVER USE PIPE JOINT COMPOUND!
1. Shut off hot and cold water supply under
sink. Open faucet to relieve pressure and drain
water from line. Plug sink drain with cloth to
avoid losing small parts. Remove old faucet.
2. Set faucet in place on sink. Secure faucet to
sink by threading locknuts to hot and cold water
inlets. NOTE: this faucet does not require the
use of putty to prevent water from leaking
underneath sink. If model you purchased
contains a separate gasket, place gasket on
bottom of faucet smooth side down.
3. Use coupling nuts to attach water supply lines
to hot and cold water inlets on faucet. If
additional adapters or supply tubes are required,
you can purchase them from the store where
you bought the faucet. For models without a
spray attachment, proceed to step 6.
4. Place spray hose guide in far right hole
of sink and attach locknut from
underneath sink.
