SPECIFICITES :

Education thérapeutique du patient diabétique : pompes à insuline,
insulinothérapie fonctionnelle, prise en charge du diabète gestationnel…

Mise en œuvre de projets éducatifs avec 1 IDE en mission
transversale : consultation infirmière d’éducation thérapeutique…
 Prise en charge du pied diabétique

Organisation du travail : sectorisation (3 secteurs -1 IDE/secteur)– binôme IDE/AS
