La Marche Nordique est une discipline qui est en train de se répandre rapidement au niveau

normalement, en recourant à une paire de bâtons prévus à cet effet et qui servent à entraîner la

El Nordic Walking es una disciplina en rápido crecimiento en todo el mundo, que permite obtener

TWIST LOCK
Twist Lock makes your poles compact! This locking system is operated through two simple,
easy and intuitive steps. Just act on the main pipe of the stick, by rotating the lower section
90° with respect to the upper one. Follow the instructions on the stick (open/closed
padlock). In correspondence of the open lock, pulling outward, the lower section will be
released from the top one. Once the lower section removed, this can be turned toward the
upper one, making the stick compact. To put it all together, you just need to reinsert the
lower section in the upper one, then rotate it toward the closed lock, with a 90° rotation.
Once the different sections are locked, you can use your stick normally.
Twist Lock rend votre bâton compact! Ce système de verrouillage est actionné par deux
mouvements simples, faciles et intuitifs. Il suffit d’agir sur le tuyau principal du batôn,
avec une rotation de 90° de la partie inférieure par rapport à la partie supérieure, en
observant les marques sur le même batôn (Serrure ouverte/fermée).
En correspondance de la serrure ouverte, tirant vers l’extérieur, la partie inférieure sera
libérée de celle supérieure. Une fois sorti le tuyau inférieur, celui-ci peut être tourné
vers le tuyau supérieur, ce qui rend le bâton compact. Pour reformer l’ensemble, il suffit
de remettre la section inférieure dans la partie supérieure, puis la faire tourner dans le
sens de la serrure fermée, avec une rotation de 90°. Une fois verrouillé les différentes
sections, vous pouvez utiliser votre bâton normalement.

pasos simples, fáciles e intuitivos. Sólo actúa en el tubo principal del bastón, girando 90°
la sección inferior con respecto a la superior, observando las marcas en el mismo tubo
(candado abierto/cerrado).
En correspondencia con el candado abierto, tirando hacia el exterior, la parte inferior se
libera de la superior. Una vez retirado et tubo inferior, esto puede ser girado sobre el tubo
superior, haciendo que el bastón sea compacto.
Para poner todo junto, simplemente vuelva a insertar la sección inferior en la parte
superior, y girar en la dirección de la cerradura cerrada, con una rotación de 90°. Una vez
bloqueadas las diferentes secciones, puede utilizar su bastón normalmente.

The recent “Snake Carbon” technology
applied to the latest models developed by
Gabel combines the excellent resistance of
high modulus carbon fibre with a distinctive
geometric structure, adding an innovative
type of crystallisation technology. This process
has made it possible to make the tubes 20%
lighter, as well as boosting resistance by 18%.
The combination of HD technologies with these
new processes and materials has thus allowed
us to introduce an outstanding new product
onto the market.
