- The name of the congress "Congress LSS2011" which has to be mentioned in the request in order to benefit of the special EPFL fares
- A credit card number (each participant will pay the hotel directly at his departure)
- The expiry date on the card
The public transportation ticket for the required stay is offered in each above hotel
