Comment participer ?
Chaque candidature requiert la soumission d’un dossier à compléter en fonction de l’award sur lequel
vous souhaitez vous positionner. Vous pouvez vous présenter individuellement, au nom de votre société
ou bien suggérer un candidat en nous envoyant un email sur [email protected]
Pour soumettre votre/vos candidature(s) à l’un des prix proposés, il vous suffit de :
1 – Nous faire part de votre participation par e-mail ([email protected]) pour que nous puissions
vous venir en aide à tout moment du processus et vous informer en cas de besoin.
2 – Nous renvoyer votre formulaire complété avant le 26 aout 2016
3 – Vous inscrire à la Fleet Night (http://www.fleetnight.lu/inscriptions/) avec le code :
CAN5478 pour les endusers (participation gratuite)
CAN4587 pour les prestataires de services du secteur automobile et les consultants (prix préférentiel
de 200€HT)
Conditions de participation
– Le candidat doit être basé au Luxembourg pour soumettre sa candidature
– Le candidat doit être présent ou représenté le jour de l’événement (27 septembre)
– La candidature aux awards Fleet Manager of the Year, Fleet Team of the Year, Green Fleet Project
of the Year est gratuite. La participation aux autres prix est soumise à des frais de dossier de 100€HT
par candidature déposée.
Dates clés et deadlines
2 septembre : Clôture des dépôts de dossiers de candidature
20 septembre : Clôture des votes du Jury
27 septembre : Fleet Night – Cérémonie de remise des Awards

form (3 maximum). Please, send these documents in attachment when sending back your application
form completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE
How to participate ?
Each candidate must submit an application for the Award of their choice. You can apply for yourself,
on behalf of your company or suggest a candidate by sending an email to [email protected]
To submit an application to one of the suggested awards, you have to :
1 – I nform our team that you decided to be candidate ([email protected]) so we can help you during
the process and send you all the necessary information if needed.
2 – Nous renvoyer votre formulaire complété avant le August 26th, 2016
3 – Register for the Fleet Night (http://www.fleetnight.lu/inscriptions/) with the code :
CAN5478 for endusers (free entry)
CAN4587 for services providers and consultants (preferential rate of €200 excl. VAT)
Conditions
– A company or an individual candidate must be based in Luxembourg
– The candidate must attend (or be represented) during the Award Ceremony (September 27th)
– The application to the following awards is free: Fleet Manager of the Year, Fleet Team of the Year,
Green Fleet Project of the Year. Other prizes are subject to application fees: €100 excl.VAT/prizes.
