ARTICLE II. Moreover, the Post Office of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland may deduct, for its profit, from the amounts of the Orders exchanged through its Agency, by virtue of Article I preceding, an additional commission, the amount of which it shall determine for itself. This additional commission shall not however exceed threepence per pound sterling. ARTICLE XII (2). ARTICLE XII bis. The British Colonies specified in the list referred to in Article IX preceding may moreover issue Money Orders for payment in the French Colonies indicated in the Anglo-French Convention of this day, and pay Money Orders issued in those Colonies.
