Hier soir, vers 20h30, sur le chemin
Robitaille à L’Ange-Gardien, le service de la
Sécurité publique de la MRC des Collinesde-l’Outaouais est intervenu sur les lieux
d’un accident entre un motocross et un petit
véhicule sport-utilitaire. Le conducteur de la
moto, un jeune résident âgé de 16 ans,
circulait sur la voie publique quand celui-ci
est allé frapper de plein fouet le côté du VSU
conduit par une dame de 57 ans, elle aussi
résidente du secteur.
Last night, at approximately 20:30 hrs, the
Public Security Service of the MRC des
Collines-de-l’Outaouais responded to an
accident, which occurred on Robitaille
Road in L’Ange-Gardien, and involving a
motocross and a small SUV. The driver of
the motocross, a 16 year old resident, was
travelling on a public road when he
violently hit the side of the SUV driven by
a 57 year old woman, also a resident of
the area.
Seul le conducteur du motocross fut
transporté au centre hospitalier de Hull, et
ce, pour traiter une fracture à une jambe. Sa
vie n’est pas en danger.
Only the driver of the motocross was
transported to the Hull hospital, in order to
receive treatment for a broken leg. His
injuries are not life-threatening.
Plusieurs constats d’infraction seront émis au
jeune conducteur qui, en plus, n’était pas
assuré. Il s’agit du 2e accident impliquant un
motocross en moins de dix (10) jours.
Several infractions will be issued to the
young driver who, in addition, was not
insured. This is the second accident
involving a motocross in less than ten (10)
days.
