CHÂTEAU GUILLAUME BLANC Bordeaux Supérieur
CHÂTEAU GUILLAUME BLANC Bordeaux Supérieur TERROIR In the XIIIth century, Sainte Foy La Grande‘s Bastide was a rotating business place for wine. One of the jurats (notable) was called "GUILLAUME BLANC" and lived on this estate. After the purchase in 1992 by GRM, this neglected property went out of its torpor thanks to a fast and effective restructuring. These efforts were concentrated on the vineyard thanks to new purchases extending the property. VARIETIES Merlot 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Cabernet Franc 25% TASTING Ruby red colour, deep and bright. Elegant nose of red fruits and spices. Well-balanced mouth, on fruits and vanilla aromas. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Ideal when served with a turkey cutlet and its Roquefort cheese sauce or a roasted camembert.
