Conformément au Chapitre 1 (paragraphe 1.4) et 3 des Règles de marché Alternext, Euronext Paris SA a
décidé l’admission sur Alternext des 4 605 019 actions existantes composant le capital de la société
ARKOON Network Security. Cette admission intervient à la suite d'un placement privé de 5,2 M€ réalisé par
augmentation de capital auprès d'investisseurs qualifiés.

LISTING OF SHARES ON ALTERNEXT
Pursuant to Chapter 1 (paragraph 1.4) and chapter 3 of the Alternext rules, Euronext Paris has decided to
admit on Alternext the 4,605,019 shares comprising the equity of ARKOON Network Security. This
admission takes place after a capital increase made in the frame work of a Private Placement of 5.2
M€ subscribed by qualified investors.

An offering circular is available on the site of the Alternext site (www.alternext.com), and on the site of the
issuer (www.arkoon.net ).

July 12, 2007 : opening of the trading on Alternext
Trading procedure : Direct trading procedure, in accordance with the provision of the article 6.3 of Alternext
