LIST OF ITEMS FIRST AID KIT
HQ‐DOC‐15 Each team must have a First Aid kit. As a minimum, such kit should include the following elements: Novice through Pee Wee: 1 1 2 1 1 1 10 10 4 1 5 1 1 1 1 kit, roll of athletic bandage, triangular bandages, bag of sterile cotton swabs, box of Band Aids for finger tips, box of plasters, sterile compresses, 4 in x 4 in gauzes, sealable plastic bags, pair of scissors, pairs of protective gloves, hand sanitizer, note pad and ball point, pocket‐carried mask, small blanket (in case the player must remain on the ice for some time). Access to ice for soft tissue injuries. Bantam and higher: 1 1 4 4 2 1 1 2 1 10 10 1 1 10 1 10 1 1 1 1 kit, roll of pre‐tape rolls of athletic bandage, Tensor bandages, triangular bandages, bag of sterile cotton swabs, box of Band Aids for finger tips, boxes of plasters, box of plasters for joints, sterile compresses, 4 in x 4 in gauzes, roll of extensible gauze, container of petroleum gel (such as Vaseline), sealable plastic bags, pair of scissors, pairs of protective gloves, hand sanitizer, note pad and ball point, pocket‐carried mask, small blanket (in case the player must remain on the ice for some time). Access to ice for injuries to soft tissues. You must not forget to replace used items as soon as they have been used in order that they are all available when necessary.
