Those blocks allow drastic reduction of stand-by power consumption, which is due to leakage current in nanoscale CMOS processes; Strong expertise with breakthrough patents in ultra-low-power design of both analog and digital functions in nanoscale CMOS processes. The design aims at minimizing both active energy and stand-by targeting all level of abstractions from technology development and circuit design, to system integration.
