LIQUID VITAMIN A-D-E 5t

Indications:
Liquid Vitamin A-D-E 5t is a supplement to be used in the drinking water of chickens,
turkeys, swine and cattle, as an aid to prevent or treat deficiencies associated with the
depletion of these vitamins, due to temporary loss of appetite or nutritional diseases.
Active Ingredients: Each mL contains:
50,000 I.U. Vitamin A propionate
5,000 I.U.
cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3)
50 I.U.
α tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E)
Directions:
Fresh solutions should be prepared daily.
Chickens & Turkeys - In preventing deficiency mix 5 mL to 55 L of drinking water for 7
to 10 days, or as long as recommended by a veterinarian or nutritionist.
Breeding Swine - Mix 5 mL to 128 L of drinking water. Use from 7 to 10 days, or as
long as recommended by a veterinarian or nutritionist.
Beef Cattle Finishing - Mix 5 mL to 128 L of drinking water, this will provide 1,953 I.U.
of vitamin A per litre. Use from 7 to 10 days, or as long as recommended by a
veterinarian or nutritionist.
May be used in auto medic proportioners for chicken, turkey and swine. Mix 100 mL
of Liquid Vitamin A-D-E 5t in 18 L (4 gal.) to make stock solution. Set proportioner to
deliver 1 part of stock solution to 100 parts of drinking water.
Caution(s):
Animals should only have access to medicated water during the treatment period.
There has not been enough data to suggest that exceeding dietary requirements by
several times improves performance. Vitamin E present may not meet the prescribed
daily nutrient requirements for each species, age and production groups.
A proper nutritional deficiency diagnosis should be made prior to undertaking this
treatment. If no improvement of the situation occurs, a nutritionist or veterinarian’s
advice should be sought. This product should not be administered for a prolonged
period of time, because of the risks of vitamin toxicosis.
Storage Instructions: Store at a temperature below 15°C. Protect from freezing
and sunlight.
