ESA/CNES/CVA presence at the exhibition event "Un oeil dans le Cosmos" / Lyon
International Trade Show (18-28 March 2011)
The exhibition event "Un oeil dans le Cosmos", along with the 3500 m2 dedicated to space at
the 2011 Lyon International Trade Show, will bring together many space players in the
Rhône-Alpes region on 18-28 March 2011. It will take place at Lyon-Eurexpo, Avenue Louis
Blériot, 69686 Chassieu, Rhône (69), France.
ESA, CNES and the Community of Ariane Cities (CVA) will participate by inaugurating the
exhibition event "Un oeil dans le Cosmos" - this will be done by ESA Astronaut Thomas
Pesquet, the youngest astronaut of French nationality, on 18 March at 11:00 -, playing a part
in the Conference programme, lending many models of satellites, launchers, space stations
and other equipment, and contributing (CVA) to a joint exhibition stand with space
professionals and associations.
