Just minutes from town and from the white sands at Flamands Beach, located on the
southwest-facing slope of the neighbourhood of Colombier, this is one of the most
attractive locations in all of St. Barth. The luxury villa has a big-sky view out over the
Caribbean and the entrance of Gustavia Harbour and makes an excellent home-base
from which to appreciate St. Barth's leeward side. Colombier spans across the heights
and hillsides of the north western end of the island. Some of the most popular private
villas in this region offer true 360-degree views, almost from a bird's-eye viewpoint,
from which you can see the distant islands of Saba, Statius, St. Kitts and Nevis, as
well as the nearby islets of Chevreau and Pain de Sucre. The neighbourhood is home
to one of St. Barth's original bakeries, and is a very short drive from the restaurants
and boutiques of Gustavia.
This comfortable and convenient rental property offers the charm of the West Indies
tradition combined with updated style and luxury. It is a great spot for enjoying the
spectacle of the lights of all the yachts in high season after dark. Newly renovated and
decorated in a colourful, modern style, this villa is the kind of vacation home that our
guests fall in love with and come back to again and again.
The open plan kitchen, living area and outdoor dining all look out over the magnificent
seascape and the villa's two bedrooms are located to either side of the main common
area, balancing convenience and privacy. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from
the indoor dining area. The gourmet kitchen comes with a full assortment of cookware,
microwave, induction oven, coffee maker and toaster. The living room is well shaded
from the afternoon sun, so at the end of the day it can be your favourite place to
retreat with a good book and a glass of wine.
The two bedrooms both have king size beds and an en suite bathroom with large
mirrors and a shower. Both are air conditioned and have a flat screen TV. They have

The terrace extends the length of the house, offering shady areas for reading or
relaxing as well as sunny spots for tanning after a refreshing plunge in the pool. The
terrace has a second outside dining area with wooden table big enough of seating ten.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected.
