ABSTRACT: The appearance of increasingly complex products on the market, led the companies to apply the outsourcing to a part of their activities in order to respond to the customer requirements in term of performance and diversity of products. The outsourcing led the company to be part of Customers–Suppliers(C-S) group. Accordingly, we assist to the appearance of a new concept which is the industrial partnership. On this basis, we propose a new approach of C-S relationship control by considering that the whole of the entities (C-S) partners, communicating on the same medium of communication, negotiate to respond to the customers requirements with the better way. In other words, to respond to the calls for tenders launched by the customer, and to exploit the capacities of the suppliers with the better way. We thus provided each supplier with a decision-making centre: Autonomous Control Entity (ACE), which allows the supplier to self evaluate his performance in order to be able to take part to the negotiation. This paper is focused on this ACE by modelling the whole of the modules composing it using the DEVS formalism. MOTS-CLÉS : Pilotage, auto organisation, relation clients-fournisseurs, formalisme DEVS. KEYWORDS: Control, self organisation, customers-suppliers relationship, DEVS formalism. 1 Sous la direction de Norbert GIAMBIASI et Fouzia OUNNAR.
