Allgemeine Hinweise:
Vor Arbeitsbeginn bitte die Einbauanleitung durchlesen.
Gebohrte Löcher müssen entgratet und anschließend mit Schutzlack gestrichen werden.
Die Installation des Elektrosatzes darf nur bei abgeklemmter Batterie von Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden.
Vor dem Bohren bitte prüfen, daß genügend Freiraum hinter der Verkleidung vorhanden ist.
Achtung: Elektronisch gespeicherte Daten (Autoradio, Bordcomputer, etc.) können verloren gehen.
Bei Anhängerbetrieb wird die Nebelschlußleuchte des Zugfahrzeugs durch das Steuergerät abgeschaltet.
Bei älteren Anhängern ohne Nebelschlußleuchte ist bei Betrieb dieser E-Anlage eine Nebelschlußleuchte nachzurüsten.
Der Ausfall einer Blinkleuchte, auch am Anhänger wird durch die Erhöhung der Blinkfrequenz angezeigt. Dadurch ist keine zusätzliche Blinkkontrolle notwendig.
Ein Steckdosenadapter darf nur im Anhängerbetrieb genutzt werden. Nach dem Anhängerbetrieb ist
dieser zu entfernen!
Maßgebend für alle Rechtsfragen ist die deutschsprachige Ausgabe dieser Einbauanleitung.

Verlegung Leitungsstrang, Montage Steuergerät
1.
Minusklemme von der Batterie abklemmen.
2.
Kofferraumbodenteppich entfernen. Seitenverkleidungen demontieren. Abdeckblende Einladekante Kofferraum demontieren.
3.
Das Steuergerät im rechten hinteren Heckbereich (oberhalb der rechten Rückleuchte an der CSäule) mit dem Klettband befestigen.
4.
Im Heckblech etwa 15 cm außermittig links ein Loch mit 19 mm einbringen.
5.
Das Steckdosenende des Leitungsstranges von innen durch das hergestellte Loch, und weiter
am Querrohr der Anhängevorrichtung entlang zum Steckdosenhalteblech verlegen. Die Dichtung in das Loch einsetzen. Die Leitung am Querrohr mit den Kabelbindern befestigen. Steckdose nach dem Belegungsplan anklemmen. Steckdosendichtung plazieren, Innenteil mit dem
Steckdosengehäuse zusammenstecken und mit den beigelegten Schrauben auf den Halter
schrauben. Auf ordnungsgemäßen Sitz der Dichtungselemente achten.
6.
Den Leitungsstrang mit den Farben grau/rot, rot/grün, und dem Flachstecker für Dauerplus
entlang der Einladekante Kofferraum zur rechten Rückleuchte verlegen.
Den Leitungsstrang mit den Farben gelb, grau/schwarz entlang der Einladekante Kofferraum
zur linken Rückleuchte verlegen.
7.
Die Stecker von den Rückleuchten abziehen und den entsprechenden Stecker der Elektroanlage auf die Rückleuchten aufstecken. Die Stecker des Fahrzeugleitungsstranges mit den
entsprechend en Buchsen der Elektroanlage adaptieren. Die braune und braun/weiße Masseleitung mit den Ringösen an der Fahrzeugmasse oberhalb der rechten Rückleuchte befestigen.
8.
Die Dauerplusleitung für das Steuergerät mit dem 6.3mm Flachstecker an dem vorbereiteten
Dauerplus neben der Rückleuchte hinten rechts einstecken. Bitte prüfen, daß Dauerplus an
diesem Stecker vorhanden ist!
9.
Den weißen 12-pol Stecker in das Steuergerät einstecken.
10. Die verlegten Leitungen mit Kabelbindern befestigen.
11.
Die Sicherung (10A) in den Sicherungshalter einstecken und den Deckel auf den Sicherungshalter aufstecken.
Ausgebaute Teile wieder einbauen, Minusklemme der Batterie wieder anschließen.
Alle Funktionen mit einem geeigneten Prüfgerät (mit Belastungswiderständen) oder mit einem
Anhänger prüfen!

Die nicht belegte 3-polige Buchse dient zur Adaption eines separaten Dauerplusleitungssatzes.
Dieser kann, falls gewünscht, bei einem Westfalia-Händler unter der Teile Nr. 300 025 300 113
bezogen werden.

Informations générales:
Avant de commencer les travaux, veuillez lire les instructions de montage.
Les trous venant d’être percés doivent être ébarbés et protégés en y passant de la laque spéciale.
Seul du personnel qualifié a le droit d’installer le set électrique après avoir débranché la batterie.
Veuillez contrôler avant de percer les trous s’il y a bien suffisamment d’espace derrière l’habillage.
Attention : les données électroniques mémorisées (autoradio, ordinateur de bord, etc.) peuvent
disparaître.
L’antibrouillard arrière de la voiture est éteint par le calculateur si une remorque/caravane est tractée.
Pour utiliser cette installation électrique, il est nécessaire d’équiper les remorques ou caravanes
anciennes d’un feu anti-brouillard si elles en sont dénuées.
La défaillance d’un clignotant, de la remorque/caravane également, est signalée par une fréquence
plus rapide. Un contrôle n’est donc pas nécessaire.
Un adaptateur pour prise de courant ne doit être utilisé que si une remorque/caravane est tractée. Le
retirer après l’avoir détachée!
L’édition en allemand de ces instructions de montage est la seule valable en ce qui concerne les
questions juridiques.

Pose du faisceau de câbles, montage de l'appareil de commande
1.
Isoler la borne négative de la batterie.
2.
Retirer le revêtement de sol du coffre. Démonter l’habillage latéral ainsi que la protection du
rebord de chargement du coffre.
3.
Fixer le calculateur à l’arrière droit (au dessus des feux arrière droits sur le pilier C) à l’aide de
la bande velcro.
4.
Percer un trou de 19mm de diamètre dans la taule arrière, environ à 15cm à gauche de son
milieu.
5.
Tirer l’embout du faisceau de câbles relié à la prise au travers du trou percé, puis le long du
conduit oblique du dispositif d’attelage jusqu’à la tôle de support de la prise. Insérer le joint
dans l’orifice. Fixer la ligne au conduit avec des collier de câblage. Brancher la prise selon le
schéma d’occupation. Disposer les joints de la prise, assembler la partie interne et le boîtier de
la prise et fixer le tout au support à l’aide des vis fournies. Porter une attention particulière au
bon positionnement des joints.
6.
Tirer le faisceau de câbles de couleurs gris/rouge, rouge/vert ainsi que la fiche plate pour le plus
permanent le long du rebord de chargement du coffre jusqu’aux feux arrière droits. Tirer le
faisceau de câbles de couleurs jaune, gris/noir le long du rebord de chargement du coffre
jusqu’aux feux arrière gauches.
7.
Retirer les fiches des feux arrière et y brancher celle correspondante de l’installation électrique.
Raccorder les fiches du faisceau de câbles aux douilles correspondantes de l’installation
électrique. Relier le câble de masse marron et marron/blanc portant des œillets à la masse du
véhicule au dessus des feux arrière droits.
8.
Connecter le câble du plus permanent pour le calculateur avec la fiche plate de 6,3mm au plus
permanent préparé à côté des feux arrière droits. Vérifier que le plus permanent soit disponible
sur cette fiche !
9.
Connecter la fiche à 12 pôles blanche au calculateur.
10.
Fixer les câbles posés à l’aide des colliers des câbage.
11.
Insérer le fusible de sécurité (10A) dans le porte-fusible et rabattre son couvercle.
Remonter les pièces démontées, connecter à nouveau la borne négative de la batterie.
Vérifier toutes les fonctions avec l'appareil de contrôle approprié (avec des résistances de charge)
ou avec une remorque !

La douille à trois pôles non utilisée reste libre pour le branchement d’un set de câbles séparé pour
le plus permanent.

General Information:
Before starting work, please read the installation instructions.
The holes drilled must be deburred and then coated with anti-corrosion paint.
The electrical set may only be installed by specially-trained personnel with the battery disconnected.
Please make sure before drilling that there is sufficient clearance behind the trim.
Important: Any electronically stored data (car radio, onboard computer etc.) may be lost.
During trailer towing the rear fog light of the pulling vehicle is switched off by the control unit.
When using this electrical system with older trailer versions without rear fog lamps, retrofitting with a
rear fog lamp is necessary.
The failure of a turn signal, including on the trailer, is indicated by an increase in the flashing frequency.
As a result, no additional flashing check is required.
An electrical socket adapter may only be used during trailer towing, and must be removed after trailer
towing is completed!
The German version of these installation instructions shall be applicable in event of any legal
questions.

Moving wire lane, installation of control unit
1.
Remove negative terminal from the battery.
2.
Remove the bottom carpet of the luggage trunk. Dismount the side trims. Dismount the bordering
cover of the luggage trunk.
3.
Fit the control unit to the right side of the rear part (above the right tail lamp on pillar c) using the
Velcro fastening device.
4.
Make a 19mm hole in the rear panel, app. 15cm off-center to the left.
5.
Lay the socket end of the wire lane from the inside through the hole and along the transverse
pipe of the towing hitch to the socket holder. Insert the gasket into the hole. Fasten the cable to
the transverse line using the cable ties. Connect the socket to the electrical power supply according
to the allocation plan. Fit in the socket gasket, put the insert and socket housing together and
screw it to the holder using the supplied screws. Make sure the sealing elements are accurately
placed.
6.
Lay the wire lane colored grey/red, red/green and the flat plug for continuous positive along the
luggage trunk bordering to the right tail lamp.
Lay the wire line colored yellow, grey/black along the luggage trunk bordering to the left tail lamp.
7.
Remove the plugs from the tail lamps and connect the corresponding plug of the electrical system
to the tail lamps. Connect the plugs of the vehicle’s wire lane to the corresponding female
connectors of the electrical system. Fasten the brown and brown/white earth wire to the vehicle
earth above the right tail lamp using the loops.
8.
Use the 6.3 mm flat plug to connect the continuous positive cable to the existing continuous
positive next to the right tail lamp. Please check, that this plug is connected to the continuous
positive!
9.
Plug the white 12-pin connector into the control unit.
10. Fasten the laid cables using cable ties.
11.
Connect the fuse (10A) to the fuse holder and put the cover onto the fuse holder.
Re-install removed parts, re-connect the battery's negative terminal.
Check all functions with a suitable testing instrument (with load resistance) or with a towed vehicle!

Avvertenze generali:
Prima di iniziare i lavori leggere le istruzioni di montaggio.
I fori eseguiti devono essere sbavati e successivamente trattati con vernice protettiva.
Il kit elettrico deve essere installato solo da tecnici specializzati dopo aver scollegato la batteria.
Prima di effettuare i fori controllare che dietro il rivestimento ci sia sufficiente spazio libero.
Attenzione: Si possono perdere i dati memorizzati elettronicamente (autoradio, computer di
bordo ecc.).
In caso di funzionamento con rimorchio il retronebbia della motrice viene disinserito dalla centralina
di comando.
Si rende necessario corredare i rimorchi di vecchia data che non sono provvisti di luce
fendinebbia con tale dispositivo per garantire il corretto funzionamento di questo impianto elettrico.
Il guasto di un lampeggiatore, anche del rimorchio, viene segnalato con l’aumento della frequenza di
lampeggio. Pertanto non è necessario un ulteriore controllo lampeggiatori.
L’adattatore presa deve essere usato solo durante il funzionamento con rimorchio e deve essere
eliminato quando viene sganciato il rimorchio!
Per qualsiasi controversia è valida l’edizione tedesca delle istruzioni di montaggio.
Ci riserviamo modifiche!

I
Posa del fascio di conduttori e montaggio della centralina di comando
1.
Staccare il morsetto negativo dalla batteria.
2.
Togliere il rivestimento del pianale del vano bagagli. Smontare il rivestimento laterale.
Smontare la mascherina dello spigolo di carico nel vano bagagli.
3.
Fissare la centralina di comando sul lato posteriore destro (sopra alla luce di posizione
posteriore destra al montante C) con il nastro apposito.
4.
Eseguire un foro da 19 mm nella lamiera del bagagliaio spostato di ca. 15 cm a sinistra della
mezzeria.
5.
Dall’interno infilare il terminale del fascio di cavi della presa attraverso detto foro, e farlo
proseguire lungo la traversina del gancio di traino sino alla lamiera di tenuta della presa
stessa. Inserire la guarnizione nel foro. Fissare i cavi mediante le fascette stringicavo, alla
traversina. Morsettare la presa come da schema d‘occupazione. Montare la guarnizione della
presa, montare il frutto interno con il corpo della presa e fissare il tutto al supporto mediante
le viti fornite. Verificare il posizionamento corretto delle guarnizioni.
6.
Posare il fascio di cavi con i colori grigio/rosso, rosso/verde, e la spina piatta per il positivo
continuo lungo lo spigolo di carico del bagagliaio in direzione della luce di retromarcia
destra.
Posare il fascio di cavi con i colori giallo, grigio/nero lungo lo spigolo di carico del bagagliaio
verso la luce di retromarcia sinistra.
7.
Staccare le spine delle luci di retromarcia e inserire le spine relative all’impianto elettrico
nelle luci di retromarcia. Adattare le spine del veicolo con le relative prese dell’impianto
elettrico. Fissare il cavo di terra marrone e marrone/bianco con le asole alla massa del
veicolo sopra la luce di retromarcia destra.
8.
Inserire il cavo di positivo continuo per la centralina di comando con spina piatta da 6,3 mm
nel positivo continuo, preparato vicino alla luce di retromarcia posteriore destra. Verificare
l’esistenza del positivo continuo in questa spina!
9.
Inserire la spina a 12 poli nella centralina di comando.
10.
Fissare i cavi posati con le fascette stringicavo.
11.
Inserire il fusibile (10A) nel portafusibili e montare il coperchio sul portafusibili.
Rimontare i pezzi smontati e ricollegare il morsetto negativo della batteria.
Controllare tutte le funzioni con un apparecchio di controllo adatto (con resistenza di carico) o con
un rimorchio!

Algemene aanwijzingen:
Lees a.u.b. deze inbouwhandleiding goed door voordat u met de werkzaamheden begint.
Geboorde gaten dienen te worden afgebraamd en vervolgens met corrosiewerende lak te worden
behandeld.
Deze elektrische inbouset mag uitsluitend door vakbekwaam personeel geïnstalleerd worden en tijdens
de installatiewerkzaamheden moeten de accu-aansluitingen losgenomen zijn.
Gelieve vóór het boren van gaten eerst te controleren dat voldoende vrije ruimte achter de bekleding
aanwezig is.
Let op:
Elektronisch in het (de) geheugen(s) opgeslagen gegevens (autoradio, boordcomputer,
etc.) kunnen verloren gaan.
Bij het rijden met aanhangwagen wordt het mistachterlicht van het trekkende voertuig door de elektronische unit uitgeschakeld.
Oudere aanhangers zonder mistachterlicht dienen bij werking van deze elektrische installatie
voorzien te zijn van een mistachterlicht.
Doordat het uitvallen van een knipperlicht ook op de aanhangwagen door verhoogde knipperfrequentie
kenbaar gemaakt wordt, is geen extra knipperlichtcontrole vereist.
Een contactdoos-adapter mag uitsluitend bij het rijden met aanhangwagen gebruikt worden. Na het
afkoppelen van de aanhangwagen moet de adapter worden verwijderd!
Voor alle juridische kwesties is de Duitse tekst van deze inbouwhandleiding bindend.

Aansluiten van kabelbundel, montage besturingstoestel
1.
Sluit de minpool van de accu af.
2.
Tapijt in de kofferruimte verwijderen. Zijbekleding demonteren. Bescherming laadkant
kofferruimte demonteren.
3.
Het besturingstoestel in het rechterachtergedeelte (boven het rechterachterlicht aan de Czuil) met het klittenband bevestigen.
4.
In de achterplaat circa 15 cm uit het midden links een gat met een doorsnede van 19 mm
aanbrengen.
5.
Het contactdooseinde van de kabelbundel van binnenuit door het geproduceerde gat leiden
en vervolgens langs de dwarsbuis van de trekhaak naar de borgplaat van de contactdoos
leggen. De pakking in het gat plaatsen. De kabel met de kabelbinders aan de dwarsbuis
bevestigen. Contactdoos conform aansluitschema vastklemmen. Pakking van de
contactdoos plaatsen, binnendeel en contactdoosbehuizing op elkaar aansluiten en met de
meegeleverde schroeven op de houder schroeven. Op correcte bevestiging van de
afdichtingselementen letten.
6.
De kabelbundel met de kleuren grijs/rood, rood/groen, en de platte stekker voor de
plusaansluiting langs de laadkant kofferruimte naar het rechterachterlicht leggen.
De kabelbundel met de kleuren geel, grijs/zwart langs de laadkant kofferruimte naar het
linkerachterlicht leggen.
7.
De stekkers van de achterlichten verwijderen en de desbetreffende stekker van de elektrische installatie op de achterlichten aansluiten. De stekkers van de kabelbundel van het
voertuig met de desbetreffende bussen van de elektrische installatie adapteren. De bruine en
bruin/witte massakabel met de ringen aan de voertuigmassa boven het rechterachterlicht
bevestigen.
8.
De pluskabel voor het besturingstoestel met de 6,3 mm platte stekker op de voorbereide
plusaansluiting naast het achterlicht rechtsachter aansluiten. Gelieve te controleren of de
stekker over een plusaansluiting beschikt!
9.
De witte 12-polige stekker in het besturingstoestel steken.
10. De gelegde kabels met kabelbinders bevestigen.
11.
De zekering (10A) in de zekeringhouder steken en de deksel op de zekeringhouder plaatsen.
Bouw gedemonteerde onderdelen weer in, sluit de minklem van de accu weer aan.
Controleer alle functies met geschikte controleapparatuur (met belastingsweerstanden), ook met
een aanhanger!
