Application at SAO:
December of the year preceeding study stay abroad; precise deadline to be announced on our webpage.
Application at Host Uni:
An exchange student will receive a registration form once the UCL department has been informed of
his/her selection by the home institution.
After that, please submit the following documents: a photocopy of a valid passport or identity card, an
exchange student certificate issued by the sending university, an ECTS learning agreement, a transcript
of records, three colour photos.

the semester will start.

Accommodation:
PRIVATE: Studio (18m2) in a private house:
private kitchen and private bathroom except a shared WC with another tenant; 350 euros
Private accommodation at a family’s house in a flat shared with two other exchange students: Furnished
room (8-9 m²), bathroom & “kitchen” shared with the two other students, WIFI; 360EUR

Private Room: 300€ - 500 Euros; electricity, heating, water, internet (via Facebook Page)
DORMS: Studio owned and rented out by the university: 330 euros NOT including electricity and water,
plus a security deposit (300 euros).
Funding:
TUITION: ERASMUS scholarship > no tuition fees
