General Aviation has finally found its place in Mirabel International Airport
General Aviation will finally land in Mirabel International Airport once and for all. Marc-André
Théorêt, an aircraft owner/pilot, president of Mirajet inc. successfully negotiated with Aéroports
de Montreal the right to develop a piece of land directly at the base of the control tower, only
steps away from the huge runways of this airport.
The Mirajet Airpark will allow in its first phase, two hangars sizes, with bi-fold doors of 42 and
58 feet wide, all planned to accommodate a wide range of planes from single engine aircrafts to
corporate twins and small jets.

L’aviation civile (Aviation Général) a désormais sa place à l’aéroport de Mirabel
L’implantation et de développement de l’Aviation Général sur le site de l’aéroport de Mirabel
(CYMX), par la société Mirajet inc. Notre objectif principal «est de polariser l’activité
aéronautique civile et d’affaires de la rive nord de Montréal sur le territoire de l’aéroport de
Mirabel, …», de déclarer Marc-André Théorêt, pilote propriétaire d’aéronef et président de la
société. Et il enchaîne «il aura fallu près de cinq ans de planification et de négociations avec les
autorités d’ADM pour en arriver à cette entente, mais cette fois, c’est réglé, il y aura des hangars
d’avions privés à Mirabel !».
A court terme, Mirajet construira 21 hangars individuels directement au pied de la tour de
contrôle, un emplacement idéal ! Les hangars construits par Mirajet sont présentement en vente
