- Au remontage, amener les vis (rep 12) en contact
avec le clips, puis serrer celles-ci dans l'ordre 1,2,3,4,5,6
(couple maxi : 0,18 mdaN).
- When re-assembling, tighten the screw, (item 12),
to touch the clips then continue to tighten the screws
in the order 1,2,3,4,5,6 (maximum torque: 0.18 mdaN).
- Beim Montagevorgang die Schrauben (Teil 12) bis
zum Klips einschrauben, dann in Reihenfolge
1,2,3,4,5,6 festziehen (max. Drehmoment: 0,18 mdaN).

DEMONTAGE
1 - Enlever les enjoliveurs "X" à l'aide d'un tournevis.
2 - Desserrer d'environ 5 tours les vis pointeaux
(rep 12) à l'aide de la clé six pans fournie (fig.3).
3 - Déclipser les fonds avant et arrière.
4 - Retirer l'ensemble tige/piston.
5 - Serrer dans un étau l'olive d'amorti arrière
(rep 9).
6 - A l'aide d'une clé appropriée et en se servant
des plats existant en tête de tige, dévisser l'olive
d'amorti arrière (rep 9).
7 - Retirer les éléments du piston sauf l'olive avant.
8 - Nettoyer à la brosse métallique, l'extrémité filetée de la tige pour éliminer toute trace de colle.
Celle-ci doit être propre et dégraissée.
- Position du clips (rep 4) à respecter
par rapport aux orifices de raccordement.
- Position the clips (item 4) as shown
compared to each cylinder port.
- Stellung der Klipse (Teil 4) in Bezug auf die
Anschlüsse beachten.

DISASSEMBLY
1 - Remove the cover "X" using a screwdriver.
2 - Unscrew about 5 turns, the grub screw (item 12)
using an allen key (fig.3).
3 - Unclip the front and rear cover.
4 - Remove the piston rod assembly.
5 - Hold the rear cushioning olive (item 9) in a vice.
6 - Using an appropriate spanner on the flats on
the piston rod, unscrew the rear cushioning
olive (item 9)
7 - Remove the piston element, with the exception
of the front cushioning olive.
8 - Clean the piston rod, ensuring that all traces
of dirt are removed from the sealing face, also
that it is clean and degreased.

DEMONTAGE
1 - Abdeckring "X" mittels eines Schraubenziehers
abnehmen.
2 - Die Gewindestifte (Teil 12) mit dem mitgelieferten
Inbuschlüsselum 5 Umdrehungen zurückdrehen.
3 - Spannklipse an beiden Endstücken herausnehmen.
4 - Kolbenstange und Kolben herausziehen.
5 - Mit einem Schraubstock die hintere Dämpfungsbuchse (Teil 9) abziehen.
6 - Spindel an den beiden Flächen (SW) einspannen und mit einem Spezialschlüssel die
Dämpfungsbuschse losschrauben.
7 - Die Kolbenteile, außer der vorderen
Dämpfungsbuschse, abnehmen.
8 - Mit einer Stahlbürste die Gewindeenden der
Kolbenstange reinigen, um alle Klebstoffreste
zu entfernen. Die Gewinde müssen sauber und
fettfrei sein.
REMONTAGE
REASSEMBLY
MONTAGE
1 - Retirer de la pochette de rechange les éléments
du piston : joint trilobé (rep 8) et l'olive d'amorti
arrière (rep 9).
2 - Graisser la tige à l'emplacement du joint trilobé,
(graisse PARKER O’LUBE).
3 - Remonter les éléments du piston (fig.1).
4 - Mettre la colle (LOCTITE 262) sur l'extrémité
filetée de la tige et visser l'olive d'amorti arrière
(rep 9) jusqu'à ce que celle-ci soit en contact
avec la rondelle.
5 - Essuyer le surplus de colle.
6 - Remonter l'ensemble tige-piston.
7 - Remonter un nouveau clips (rep 4) dans la
gorge prévue en respectant la position définie
en (fig.2).
8 - Encliqueter les fonds dans le tube.
9 - Amener les vis (rep 12) en contact avec le clips
(rep 4)
10 - Serrer les vis dans l'ordre défini en (fig.2) (couple
maxi : 0,18 mdaN). Ces vis bloquent le clips et
assurent ainsi l'assemblage tube/fonds (fig.3).
1 - Remove from the seal pack, the trilobe piston seal
(item 8) and the rear cushioning olive (item 9).
2 - Grease the piston rod sealing face, using
PARKER O’LUBE.
3 - Reassemble the piston components (fig.1).
4 - Using sealant (LOCTITE 262): on the threaded
part of the piston rod fit the rear cushioning olive
(item 9). This should be fitted up to a point
where it is contact with the disc.
5 - Remove surplus sealant and re-fit the piston rod
piston assembly.
6 - Re-fitting a new clip (item 4). Ensure that it is
positioned as shown in (fig.2).
7 - Fit the covers into the tube.
8 - Tighten the screws, (item 12) so that they touch
the clips (item 4).
9 - Tighten the screws in the order defined in (fig.2)
(maximum torque: 0.18 mdaN). These screws
lock the clip in position ensuring correct assembly of the tube to the end cover (fig.3).
1 - Aus dem Ersatzteilsatz die Kolbenelemente
entnehmen : Profildichtung (Teil 8) und hintere
Dämpfungsbuchse (Teil 9).
2 - Kolbenstange vor dem Einsetzen der Profildichtung einfetten PARKER O’LUBE.
3 - Kolbenelemente wieder aufmontieren (fig.1).
4 - Gewindeende mit Kleber (LOCTITE 262) bestreichen und die hintere Dämpfungsbuchse
(Teil 9) bis zur Berührung des Halteringes einschrauben.
5 - Ausgelaufenen Klebstoff abwischen.
6 - Kolbenstange und Kolben wieder einsetzen.
7 - Neuen Spannklips (Teil 4) einsetzen, Positionierung gemäß (fig.2) beachten.
8 - Zylinder-Endstücke aufsetzen.
9 - Die Schrauben (Teil 12) bis zum Klips (Teil 4)
einschrauben.
10 - Die Schrauben in derin (fig.2) darestellten
Reihenfolge festziehen (Drehmoment :
0,18 mdaN). Diese Schrauben blockieren den
Klips und gewährleisten eine sichere Rohrmontage mit dem Endstück (fig.3).

MONTAGGIO
1 - Togliere il coperchio con un cacciavite.
2 - Svitare di circa 5 giri le viti a brugola (rif.12)
con l’apposita chiave (fig.3).
3 - Togliere le clips dalle testate anteriore e posteriore.
4 - Sfilare il complesso stelo-pistone.
5 - Serrare in morsa la bussola posteriore (rif.9).
6 - Inserendo una chiave adatta nelle apposite
guide piane ricavate sull’estremità dello stelo,
svitare la bussola posteriore (rif.9).
7 - Togliere tutte le parti componenti il gruppo
pistone tranne la bussola anteriore.
8 - Pulire con una spazzola metallica l'estremità
filettata dello stelo per eliminare ogni traccia di
colla.Esso deve essre perfettamente pulito e
sgrassato.

- Per il montaggio, avvitare tutte le viti (rif.12) fino al
contatto con la clips senza serrarle, poi serrarle in
croce nell'ordine 1,2,3,4,5,6 (coppia max: 0,18 mdaN).
- En el montaje, dirigir los tornillos (ref.12) en contacto con
el clips, después apretarlos en el órden 1,2,3,4,5,6 (par
máximo: 0,18 mdaN).
- Bij opbouw, de schroeven (rep.12) in kontakt brengen
met de clips, dan deze aanspannen in de volgorde
1,2,3,4,5,6 (koppel maxi: 0,18 mdaN).

DESMONTAJE
1 - Quitar los embellecedores «X» con la ayudada
de un destornillador.
2 - Aflojar los tornillos (ref.12) dandoles
aproximadamente 5 vueltas con ayuda de una
llave que le suministramos (fig.3).
3 - Soltar los clips de los fondos trasero y delantero
4 - Retirar el conjunto vastago/piston.
5 - Apretar en un tornillo de mordaza la oliva de
amortiguacion trasera (ref.9).
6 - Con ayuda de una llave apropiada y
sirviendose de las caras planas de la cabeza
del vastago, desatornillar la oliva de
amortiguacio trasera (ref.9).
7 - Retirar los elementos del piston salvo la oliva
delantera.
8 - Limpiar con una brocha metalica el extremo
roscado del vastago para eliminar todo resto
de cola. Este debe estar limpio y desengrasado.

DEMONTAGE
1 - De afdekring «X» verwijderen met een schroevedraaier.
2 - De puntige schroeven (12) ongeveer 5 slagen
losdraaien met de meegeleverde inbussleutel.
3 - De voor en achterkop verwijderen.
4 - De zuigerstang met zuiger uit de buis nemen.
5 - De zuigermoer (9) in een bankschroef klemmen.
6 - Met een passende sleutel op de kop van de
zuigerstang deze uit de moer (9) draaien.
7 - De onderdelen van de zuiger verwijderen, doch
de voorste dempingstap op de zuigerstang
laten zitten.
8 - Met een staalborstel alle resten Loctite van de
schroefdraad verwijderen (de schroefdraad
moet schoon en vetvrij zijn).

1 - Prendere dalla serie dei ricamdi le parti componenti il gruppo pistone, il giunto pistone
(rif. 8) e la bussola d’ammortizzamento (rif. 9).
2 - Ingrassare la parte dello stelo ove sarà montato
il giunto pistone (grasso PARKER O’LUBE).
3 - Rimontare le parti componenti il gruppo pistone
(fig.1).
4 - Applicare la colla (Loctite 262) sull’estremità
filettata dello stelo ed avvitare la bussola
d’ammortizzamento fino a che questa non sia
arrivata a contatto con la rondella.
5 - Togliere l’eventuele surplus di colla.
6 - Rimettere il gruppo stelo-pistone nella canna.
7 - Mettere una nuova clips (rif.4) nella cava prevista rispettando la posizione indicata in fig. 2
8 - Inserire le testate nella canna.
9 - Avvitare le viti (rif.12) fino al contatto la
clips (rif. 4).
10 - Serrare le viti in croce nell'ordine indicato in fig.2
(coppia max: 0,18 mdaN).Queste viti bloccano
la clips che assicura l'assemblaggio canna/
testata (fig.3).
1 - Retirar de la bolsa de recambio los elementos
del piston : junta trilobe (ref.8) y la oliva de
amortiguacion trasera (ref.9).
2 - Engrasar el vastago en el emplazamiento
de la junta trilobe (grasa PARKER O’LUBE).
3 - Montar los elementos del piston (fig.1).
4 - Poner cola (LOCTITE 262) en el extremo
roscado del vastago y roscar la oliva de
amortiguacion trasera (ref.9) hasta que esta
este en contacto con la aranddela.
5 - Limpiar el sobrante de cola.
6 - Volver a montar el conjunto vastago-piston.
7 - Volver a montar un nuevo clip (ref.4) en la
garganta prevista a tal efecto, respetando la
posicion definida en la fig.2.
8 - Engatillar los fondos en el tubo.
9 - Dirigir los tornillos ref.12 en contacto con el clips
(ref.4).
10 - Apretar los tornillos en el órden definido en la
figura 2 (par máximo: 0,18mdaN).Estos tornillos
bloquean el clips aseguran el montaje tubo/
fondos (fig.3).
1 - De nieuwe onderdelen van de zuiger uit de
verpakking halen: drielobbige dichting (8) en
moer (9).
2 - De zuigerstang invetten met PARKER O’LUBE
op de plaats waar de dichting moet komen.
3 - Monteer de onderdelen van de zuiger (zie fig.1).
4 - Breng de moer (9) met LOCTITE 262 aan op
de zuigerstang. Draai de moer met de hand
zover aan dat de zuigerringen nog met de hand
verdraaid kunnen worden.
5 - Verwijder de overtollige LOCTITE.
6 - Breng de zuiger/zuigerstang voorzichtig in de
buis.
7 - Breng nieuwe klemringen (4) aan in de groeven.
Daarbij goed letten op de juiste stand t.o.v. de
luchtpoort.
8 - Breng de cilinderkoppen aan op de buis.
9 - Schroeven rep.12 in kontakt brengen met de
clips (rep.14).
10 - Schroeven aanspannen zoals aangegeven op
fig.2 (koppel maxi: 0,18 mdaN). Deze schroeven
blokkeren de clips en verzekeren de verbinding
buis/achterdeksel (fig.3).
