RESERVATION TERMS FOR A UNIVERSITY ROOM

Les chambres doivent être réservées et payées pour / The rooms must be reserved and paid for :
5 mois (septembre à janvier ou février à juin) / 5 months (September to January or February to June)
10 mois (septembre à juin) / 10 months (September to June)
le loyer s’élève à 165 € par mois / the rent is 165 € per month
Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ anticipé
No reimbursement is given for late arrival or early departure.
Vous devrez verser une caution de 165 € et signer le réglement intérieur du CROUS
Your Hall of Residence will ask for a deposit of 165 € and you must sign the code of practice given by the CROUS
Vous devrez régler la somme de 15 euros pour la mise à disposition du linge de lit (2 paires de draps, 2
couvertures, 1 traversin et 2 taies de traversin) ; le lavage des draps devra être effectué par vos soins
You must have to pay 15 euros to rent a bolster, a dust cover of bolster, a pair of sheets and a blanket ; the washing
of sheets will have to be done by you.

ASSURER MA CHAMBRE (durant le 1er mois suivant votre arrivée, vous devez fournir au CROUS une
attestation d’assurance pour votre chambre) / TO INSURE MY ROOM (during the first month following your
arrival, you must provide the CROUS with proof of the insurance coverage for the room).
