Speed Mentoring® en Français London on November 2nd!
It is my pleasure to invite you to the Speed Mentoring® en Français event that will take place
at the Collège Boréal in London on November 2nd as part of the National Francophone
Immigration Week.
Speed Mentoring® en Français events provide employers with an extremely powerful way to
enhance their awareness of the remarkable talent of bilingual new Canadians. Mentors will
help newcomers expand their professional network and knowledge of the Canadian job market.
It is also a good opportunity to share job postings for bilingual roles you are currently looking to
fill.
How does it work?
Participants meet one-on-one for 10 minutes in English or French (mentors don’t have to speak
French), then a bell is rung and the mentee moves to the next mentor. This dynamic, highenergy format creates a level of synergy that is fascinating to observe and even more
exhilarating to be a part of.

J’ai le plaisir de vous inviter au Speed Mentoring® en Français de London qui aura lieu au
Collège Boréal le 2 novembre 2016 à l’occasion de la Semaine Nationale de l’Immigration
Francophone.
Les évènements Speed Mentoring® en Français offrent aux employeurs une plateforme
originale pour se sensibiliser aux talents uniques des nouveaux Canadiens bilingues. Les
mentors aideront les nouveaux arrivants à agrandir leur réseau professionnel et à approfondir
leurs connaissances du marché du travail canadien. C’est aussi une excellente opportunité de
partager les descriptions de postes que vous cherchez à combler.
Comment ça marche ?
Le concept est simple. Les participants se rencontrent en tête à tête pendant 10 minutes, en
anglais ou en français, ensuite une cloche sonne et le ou la mentoré(e) se déplace vers le
prochain mentor. Chaque interaction permet aux mentors de partager des conseils sur les CVs,
les entrevues et autres stratégies de recherche d’emploi.
