TRANSPORT
We encourage you to use public transport. Direct buses and trams are available from:
- the airport BUS 23 takes about 22 minutes. Get off at the
GRAND LANCY stop and take the Chemin du 1er Août to Avenue Eugène-Lance.
- Cornavin railway/bus station take TRAM 15 in the direction of Palettes. It’s takes 20 to
25 minutes to the LANCY MAIRIE stop. Cross the road onto Avenue Eugène-Lance.
Enter the campus by the main entrance at 24, Avenue Eugène-Lance.
REGISTRATION
Registration for delegates is open from 8h in the main building, on the left as you enter the
campus.
IIL delegates, please register at reception in the Marie-Thérèse building.
CLOAKROOM
Coats and luggage can be left in the cloakroom by the registration area.
Please note that belongings are left at the owner’s risk.
IIL delegates should use the cloakroom in the Marie-Thérèse building.
INFORMATION
An information desk located in the registration area will be open throughout the
conference.
The school reception in the Marie-Thérèse building will be open to delegates on Friday
from 7h45 to 17h30 and on Saturday from 8h to 16h30. (Tel. 0041(0)22 794 26 20)

The school nurse will be on duty throughout the conference.
WIFI
Login codes will be issued on arrival.
GALA DINNER
The dinner will be held at the Hotel President Wilson on Friday, March 20th.
Aperitive: 19:00-19.30
Dinner: from 19:30
Dress code: Smart casual
Please bring your delegate badge in order to gain admittance to the dinner.
