Officially approved by the Ministry of Education, the CEE is one of the leading events dedicated to international student recruitment in China. The TCS has been hosting Canada Pavilions at the CEE since 2008 and has built excellent brand recognition for Canada at this fair. In 2015, there will be an “Imagine Education au/in Canada” branded pavilion at all four toured cities, with an official welcome area staffed by Canadian Embassy and Consulates General in China. Unless otherwise indicated, participation to the complementary events is free of charge for Canada Pavilion Exhibitors. Participation conditions may apply. Further to the Brand Use Eligibility Policy jointly established by Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) and the Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC), K-12 schools, post-secondary education institutions and language schools are invited to consult the provincial lists of eligible institutions on the Brand extranet at http://www.imagine.cmec.ca/en/zone/ . If the institution is on the list, it is eligible to participate in the event. If it is not on the list, it is not eligible to participate unless there is clear and written consent of the province/territory where the institution is located. In order to avoid processing delays, Canadian brand eligible institutions are requested to register for education promotion events using their business/legal name, as it appears on the respective provincial/territorial brand eligibility list. Private schools authorized to use the curriculum of a province/territory outside of Canada are eligible to participate in the event as sponsors but will be positioned separately (in a non-branded area). Banks, airlines and insurance companies offering services to students may participate as sponsors and will be situated in the non-branded area. Education or immigration agents are not eligible to participate in the event, with the sole exception of agents designated by an eligible institution. In that case, agents are responsible to the institution that engaged their services and must adhere to all event guidelines and agent policy. Se déroulant du 24 octobre au 1er novembre 2015, ce salon de l’éducation officiellement approuvé par le ministère de l’Éducation constitue l’un des principaux événements consacrés au recrutement d’étudiants internationaux en Chine. Le SDC organise un pavillon du Canada au salon CEE depuis 2008 et a su bien y mettre en vedette l’image de marque du Canada de manière à ce qu’elle soit reconnue à ce salon. En 2015, un pavillon portant la marque « Imagine Éducation au/in Canada » sera mis en place dans chacune des quatre villes où s’arrêtera la tournée de ce salon. Par ailleurs, ce pavillon comportera une aire d’accueil officielle où seront présents des représentants de l’ambassade et de consulats généraux du Canada en Chine. Si l’établissement est sur la liste provinciale ou territoriale, il est admissible à participer aux activités de promotion. S’il n’est pas sur la liste provinciale ou territoriale, il ne peut pas participer aux activités de promotion, à moins d’un consentement clair et par écrit de la province/territoire où est situé l’établissement. Afin d’éviter les retards dans le traitement des demandes, les établissements canadiens admissibles doivent, au moment de s’inscrire à ces activités, utiliser leur dénomination sociale ou leur nom commercial tel qu’il figure sur la liste des établissements admissibles de chaque province ou territoire. Les écoles privées autorisées à enseigner à l’étranger le programme d’études provincial ou territorial peuvent participer à titre de commanditaires et elles seront situées dans un endroit distinct (dans une zone ne portant pas l’image de marque). Les banques, les compagnies aériennes et les compagnies d'assurance qui fournissent des services aux étudiants, peuvent participer à titre de commanditaires, pourvu qu’elles se trouvent à un endroit distinct (dans une zone ne portant pas l’image de marque). Les agents en éducation ou les agents d’immigration ne sont pas admissibles au sein des événements de promotion, à l’exception des agents désignés par un établissement admissible. Dans ce cas, les agents sont redevables à l’établissement qui a engagé leurs services et doivent se conformer à toutes les directives de l’événement et à la politique sur les agents.
