• Half page (inside pages): 7" by 5"
• Quarter page (inside pages): 3.5" by 5"
Artwork Specifications (Ad and Logo)
Accepted file formats:
• High resolution PDF
(minimum 300 dpi at final size)
• EPS and Adobe Illustrator (.ai):
fonts converted to outlines
• Image files: minimum resolution of
300 dpi at final size
ALL SPONSORS need to submit
• Company/organization logo
• Name of company/organization (as it is to
appear on signage, ads, etc.)
• Web address of company/organization
How to Submit and Deadline

TOUS LES PARRAINS doivent soumettre
• Logo de l’entreprise/organisation
• Nom de l’entreprise/organisation (comme il doit
paraître sur les enseignes, les annonces, etc.)
• Adresse Web de l’entreprise/organisation
Comment soumettre et date limite
• Les fichiers doivent être remis par le 9 janvier 2015

(Sujet : CMLV livrables pour parrains [nom de
l’entreprise/organisation])
