1) Every day before the trade show opens, you must, pick up your scanner at the exhibitors desk.
2) Follow these procedures for optimum results. :

NOTE : When scanning the exhibitors, only the compagny’s coordinates will be available , no
personnal information will be documented.
3) At the end of every day, you must return your scanner to the exhibitor’s desk in order to extract
that day’s information.
A daily report will be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the rental form.
IMPORTANT
**At the end of the trade show it is imperative that you return your scanner at the exhibitors desk. In the event that you loose
or forget your scanner a $450.00 fee will automatically be charged on your credit card.
