European fencing federation’s presidents
The « Federation Française d’Escrime », the « Ligue d’Escrime Nord – Pas de Calais » and
the « Centre d’Initiation à l’Escrime deTourcoing (C.I.E.T.)» invite you, to take part in the
« ALTIA CUP 2009», the second international Junior men’s Epée team tournament, on
Saturday, the 21 and Sunday, the 22 of Marrch 2009.
You appreciated, last years, the reception and the organisation of the Junior World
Cup Men’s Epée in Tourcoing.
I’m sure you also will appreciate this competition and to convince you to participate in
this one, the « C.I.E.Tourcoing » with the help of its main sponsor « ALTIA HOTEL »,
(formerly called – Novotel Tourcoing-) offers to each European delegation which
participate at this new competition and for each team, to lodge and feed for six (6)
persons [four (4) fencers, the team captain and another one for a night].
This offer includes:
A sportive meal on Saturday evening (the 21 of March 2009 )
The double or triple room, for 21 to 22 March 2009 night,
The breakfast on Sunday, the 22 of March 2009.
These accommodations are only possible in the « ALTIA HOTEL » (ex :Novotel
Tourcoing) which is only 15 minutes drive way from the competition site.
The infomations about this hotel are added to this invitation.
