We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie with experience in
Japanese cuisine
Qualification :
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants
or reputable catering establishments
- Passionate and up to date with food trends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine essential
- Preparing small buffet/banquets for 20 to 120 guests
- Good work practices with good communication skills
