System for swift TV inspection of pipes
Ce système permet d'inspecter directement, depuis un
regard, les tronçons avals et amonts d'un ouvrage sans
qu'il soit nécessaire de le curer ou d'interrompre
l'écoulement de son effluent.
This system permits a direct visualization from a manhole
of upstream and downstream sections of a sewer without
requiring a flushing operation or having to stop the flow of
effluent.
Le SIVIP est l'outil idéal pour réaliser, à moindre coût, le
diagnostic rapide d'un réseau : aspect général de la
conduite, dégradation mécanique, présence de dépôts,
racines, branchements pénétrants. Mobile et compact, cet
équipement est transportable dans un véhicule utilitaire
léger. L'utilisation du SIVIP ne requiert qu'un seul
opérateur.
SIVIP is the ideal tool to perform, at a low cost, a rapid
diagnosis on the status of the sewer network : general
aspect of the duct, mechanical degradation, presence of
deposits, roots or penetrating lateral branches. Being
mobile and compact, this equipment is transportable in a
light van. The use of SIVIP requires a single operator.
La caméra TV couleur avec zoom associée à deux
puissants éclairages est montée sur une tourelle
d'orientation 2 axes. Suspendue à un ombilical, la caméra
descend jusqu’à 20 mètres de profondeur pour se
positionner dans l’axe de l’ouvrage à inspecter, puis est
stabilisée par le déploiement de quatre bras d'appui.
L'opérateur oriente la caméra dans l'axe de l'ouvrage,
actionne le zoom et visualise jusqu'à 40 mètres de
canalisation. La vérification du tronçon opposé s'effectue
par la rotation à 180° de la caméra. Lors du contrôle, les
images TV et les commentaires de rapport sont
enregistrés sur le magnétoscope incorporé dans la régie
de contrôle.
Two powerful lights are aside the zoom TV camera and
this assembly is mounted on a P/T device ; hanging on its
cable, the camera is introduced in the manhole, up to 20
meters depth, and when reaching the axis of the duct, is
stabilized by the deployment of four leaning arms.
The operator orients the camera in the axis of the duct,
actions the powerful zoom and visualizes up to 40 meters
of pipe. A 180° rotation of the camera then permits the
survey of the opposite direction duct. During the
inspection, the TV images and the report verbal comments
are registered onto a VCR, built in the control unit.
