Wie können wir uns in Zukunft
ZUKUNFT leisten?

La consolidation de l´avenir de la Communauté Européenne reste un impératif
politique d´une brisante actualité.
C´est avec la présidence des Espagnols
au Conseil Européen qu´une soi-disante Troïka a
commencé un programme sur 18 mois qui sera voté en commun
accord par chacun des 3 pays. A présent l´Espagne se donne la
peine d´y survivre, comme elle peut, en association avec 2 autres
pays européens, la Belgique et la Hongrie qui se trouve tout juste au
seuil de son serment déclaratoire. A eux tous, selon le «commando
de marche européen», ils vont prendre le poste de la Présidence du
Conseil Européen qui vient. Cette Espagne qui, elle, connaît le plus
grand chômage depuis la 2. ième guerre mondiale et qui se bat avec
sa crise économique interne, faite maison.
Pour attester de son «esprit de coopération» le ministre-président espagnol, Monsieur José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, se disposa même
à bien préciser qu´il ne se voyait point comme concurrent dans ses
relations envers le nouveau président du conseil, Monsieur Herman
Van Rompuy, celui-ci étant jusqu´à ce jour complètement inconnu. A
cet effet on convint d´un «Gentlemen´s Agreement». De quelle façon
l´Espagne va vouloir définir l´échelle des mesures, comment cette
nouvelle structure des pouvoirs pourrait
fonctionner au sein de l´Europe, cela reste
dans l´expectative de ces trois mois à venir
qui nous restent.
Ce que le ministre espagnol des affaires
étrangères, Monsieur Miguel Angel Moratinos, peu de temps avant
la prise en charge du «sceptre européen», présenta, en traversant
son pays, à son électeur et contribuable européen, celui-là même
encore bien trop patient, est un ouvrage virtuel qui nous met devant
la question suivante: à savoir si son tableau de maître, si haut en
couleurs, aurait jamais pu être créé de la sorte, avec autant de talent,
par l´excellente école des impressionnistes espagnols.
Afin d´amener l´Europe à être, plus qu´auparavant, un organisme
«global player», l´Espagne, comme il transpire au sein de cercles
bien informés, veut faire aller de l´avant l´ouverture de l´Europe à
d´autres états. L´Espagne s´investira avec force pour l´ appartenance
à part entière de la Turquie, depuis qu´elle entretient d´excellentes
relations avec Ankara. Se pourrait-il même que le gouvernement actuel espagnol, se promette ainsi une solution rapide à ses problèmes
sociaux qui ne sont point résolus, et cela grâce au consentement
venant du Palais Zarzuela à Madrid qui soutient de façon indéniable
les intérêts asiatiques du fond d´Ankara?!

même gabarit, se plaisent à revêtir lorsqu´il s´agit d´une réalité
blessante ou de la recherche de
la Vérité, tout cela, bien entendu, dans l´esprit de la compréhension démocratique, alors même qu´ils sont sur le point de perdre la
face. Ce vêtement protecteur a un nom: «Political Correct». Un mot
magique que toutes ces créatures divines (comme il en est d´usage
de nos jours) prennent en bouche lorsqu´ils se comportent de façon
hypocrite et qu´ils empêchent leurs prochains et compatriotes de
soulever ce manteau qu´ils ont eux même tricoté.
En fait c´est parce qu´ils risqueraient alors de dévoiler
leurs pantalons souillés qui puent l´angoisse.
Reste en suspens, naturellement, la réaction du nouveau commissaire pour l´ouverture européenne, Monsieur Stefan Fülle, qui représente à Bruxelles les territoires des Tchèques, des Mehres et des
Schlésiens et se trouvant de la sorte le chef de ce ressort.
Au cours de la présentation des directives du programme qui devait
ouvrir une nouvelle époque pour l´Europe grâce à son grand ouvrage
de réformes – le Traité de Lisbonne –, il fut entendu beaucoup de palabres concernant l´avenir de cette maison de communauté européenne. Tout cela, en fait, coûtant beaucoup d´argent aux contribuables
européens, mais n´amenant à rien, si ce n´est qu´on se sente très
content de soi dans les boui-boui bureaucrates de Bruxelles. Cepen-

par exemple envers un juge de la Cour Suprême Nationale de Madrid parce qu´il enquête depuis 22 ans sur des délits interrégionaux
et a le culot d´éclaircir et de mettre à nu les crimes de la dictature

7/2010). On reproche à cet excellent et honorable juriste qu´il passe
outre la loi d´amnistie de 1977 qui laisse impunis les actes ayant été
de motivation politique pendant la période du régime de Franco.
Pour cela il est poursuivi de manière permanente et cela venant
même de la plus haute instance judiciaire. Le nom de cet homme
est: Baltasar Garzon. Et ce nom, on se fait bien de le retenir. Je me
demande, si un pays, qui devrait briller de part sa fonction même en
tant que modèle au sein de l´Europe, peut se permettre un tel acte
de poursuite pénale sans que les cohortes bruxelloises de la bureaucratie n´aient entamé des contreparties adéquates.
Au fait, lois d´amnistie: l´Espagne n´est sûrement pas le seul pays
en Europe dans lequel des lois d´amnistie, équivalentes dans leurs
propos, couvrent de la sorte des crimes commis au nom d´idées politiques, meurtres à l´appui.
Une chose est absolument limpide: au cours de ces mois qui lui
restent à la présidence européenne, l´Espagne va devoir faire face
à bien d´autres conflits de tout genre, mais hélas faits d´une étoffe
qu´elle tisse elle-même.
Alors l´avenir «ouvre moi ta porte,
pour l´amour de Dieu…»
