PAIEMENTS
Cash Payment : The transfer must be sent together with the registration. Payment by check is possible with 15 € fee to
add (in this case the check is cashed at the confirmation of the appointment, unless prior approval of the organization, and
should be made payable to "RCC") . All payments must be received prior to the start of the rally.
Paiement Comptant :Le virement doit être envoyé en même temps que l'inscription. Le paiement par chèque est
possible moyennant 15 € de frais à ajouter (dans ce cas le chèque est encaissé à la confirmation de l'engagement, sauf
accord préalable de l'organisation, et doivent être libellés à l'ordre de "RCC"). Tous les règlements doivent être encaissés
avant le départ du rallye.
Split Payment : Transfers should be made at the beginning of each month. If payment by check (+ 15 € fee per check)
must accompany all registration. The first check will be cashed to confirmation of appointment and shall be payable to the
"RCC". All transfers and checks must be received prior to the start of the rally.
Paiement Fractionnés : Les virements doivent être effectués en début de chaque mois. Si paiement par chèques (+ 15
€ de frais par chèque), tous doivent être joints à l'inscription. Le premier chèque sera encaissé à la confirmation de
l'engagement et doit être libellé à l'ordre de "RCC". Tous les virements et chèques doivent être encaissés avant le départ
du rallye.
Promotional Offers : Entries made through promotions and / or an offer tariff "Group" must be paid by bank transfer
only.
Offres Promotionnelles : Les inscriptions réalisées dans le cadre d'offres promotionnelles et/ou d'une offre de tarif
"Groupe" doivent être réglées par virement uniquement.
Payment Groups and Professionals : by agreement with the organization.

CANCELLATION / ANNULATION
Cancellation Insurance : The organization has taken out cancellation insurance for the benefit of Drivers and Gentlemen
Drivers (optional) - see details under "Repatriation" on the site www.mythic-events.com). This insurance guarantees a full
refund (- € 30 franchise) registration fees in most cases (see benefit details on the website). If a situation not supported
by insurance, the fee schedule below is applied by the organization.
Assurance Annulation : L'organisation a souscrit une assurance annulation au bénéfice des Participants (en option) voir détail sous la rubrique "assurances" sur le site www.mythic-rally.com). Cette assurance garantit le remboursement
intégral (- 30 € de franchise) des frais d'inscription dans la plupart des cas (voir les détails des prestations sur le site). Si
une situation n'est pas pris en charge, ou si le participant n'a pas soucrit cette option, par l'assurance, le barème cidessous est appliqué par l'organisation.
Annulation Before / Avant 30/06/2013 : 100% refund / remboursés - 50 € from fees /de frais de gestion.
Between / Entre 01/07/2013 and 31/07/2013 : 75% refund / remboursés - 50 € from fees / frais de gestion.
Between / Entre 01/08/2013 and 31/08/2013 : 50% refund / remboursés - 50 € from fees / frais de gestion.
Between / Entre 01/09/2013 and 30/09/2013 : 25% refund / remboursés - 50 € from fees / frais de gestion.
After / Après 30/09/2013 : No refund / Aucun remboursement.
