As soon as we get the payment, your registration for the shows and workshops is
confirmed. NO REFUND POSSIBLE.
In case AELA cancels the event, refund of 100% will be proceeded.
The registration date taken into account is the day AELA receives the registration form
with payment.
Payment must be done within 10 days after you have received AELA’s confirmation (by
email or phone call). After this delay, your booking (workshops, shows) might be
cancelled.
AELA, the teachers and the volunteers of the festiv’Al shimmy are NOT responsible for
under-18 participants (of shows and workshops).
Access to the dance studio is limited to the persons who have paid workshop fees.
AELA, the teachers and the volunteers of the festiv’Al shimmy are NOT liable in case of
theft or loss on the festival location. We suggest you not to leave your belongings into the
changing rooms.
Workshop participants are asked to respect the environment and infrastructure of the
festival : no smoking area, access to studio with special dance shoes or bare-foot. Please
avoid hip scarves with coins.
In order to have good quality workshops, participants are asked to arrive on time and
respect teachers and translators while they are talking. Your personal belongings should
not obstruct the dancers’ area.
Still and video cameras cannot be used unless the teacher’s agreement.
Pictures and videos for association ELA’s use might be done during workshops and shows.
Participants agree to renounce to any copyright, remuneration and authorizes the
organization to make correct use of personal images.
Participants (soloist & groups) to the open workshop must register to at least 2 workshops
of the festival. Selection will be made by the organizers
Participants to workshops and shows must make sure to be in good health condition.
AELA and the teachers won’t be responsible in case of injury.
It is forbidden to sell any products without having signed a vending agreement with AELA.
