In versione rotativa a 24 mandrini, di particolare precisione e robustezza, la macchina presenta soluzioni tecniche assolutamente innovative, potendo
assicurare una velocità di produzione fino a 150 pzi/min, in relazione al diametro ed alla lunghezza del tubetto.

La configurazione della macchina può essere liberamente e variamente determinata, tenendo conto che le stazioni di stampa sono disponibili fino ad
un massimo di 8, utilizzabili per decorazione serigrafia e/o
flessografica e/o laccatura.
Ulteriori applicazioni per operazioni ausiliarie possono
essere previste in alternativa.
La configuration de la machine peut être déterminée de façon libre et variable, tenant en compte que les postes d'impression disponibles sont 8
au maximum, à utiliser pour le décoration en sérigraphie et/ou flexographie et/ou laquage.
Les applications ultérieures pour des opérations auxiliaires peuvent être prévus en alternatif.
La registrazione tra i colori è accuratissima, potendo
assicurare minime tolleranze, per consentire le stampe con
mezzetinte e retinatura, grazie a registri di stampa
servo-assistiti. I mandrini sono comandati da servomotori
individuali sempre in presa diretta con il mandrino (non
sono previsti ingranaggi) e consentono un cambio
formato semplice e rapidissimo.
Le réglage des couleurs est très précis, ce qui permet de garantir des tolérances mini pour les impressions en demi-teinte et les trames, grâce aux
systèmes de réglage servo-assistés. Les mandrins sont commandés par des servomoteurs individuels toujours en prise directe avec le mandrin (il
n'y a pas d'engrenages) et permettent un changement de formats simple et très rapide.
Sur les groupes d'impression, les ajustements des écrans et des racles sont effectués à l'aide de servomoteurs, avec réglage électrique de tous les
axes d'impression et d'entraînement (chargement, déchargement, etc.) ; toutes les positions asservies sont mémorisées sur une recette qui peut
être immédiatement reprise dès l'impression suivante.
Nei gruppi di stampa, gli aggiustamenti dei retini e delle
spatole sono eseguiti tramite servomotori, con fasatura
elettrica di tutti gli assi di stampa e movimentazione
(carico, scarico, ecc.); tutte le posizioni asservite vengono
memorizzate su ricetta per immediato ripristino alla
prossima stampa.
L'écran de sérigraphie est exposé à travers une pellicule préalablement poinçonnée et monté sur la
machine avec un repère précis qui permet d'obtenir immédiatement le réglage correct des couleurs.
Les clichés flexo sont précisément réglés avec un dispositif de repérage séparé de la machine.
Le changement de format se fait de manière rapide et sûre, en fonction du tube sans clés, ni outils.

I clichés flessografici sono accuratamente registrati con apposito centratore fuori linea.
Pendant l'opération toute entière, les tubes sont soumis à une température constante, pour éviter des
glissements incontrôlés, grâce au système de contrôle appliqué à l'intérieur de la machine.
Il cambio formato risulta pertanto rapido e, a seconda del tubo, non richiede chiavi o utensili.
Le séchage intermédiaire est assuré par des lampes UV refroidies par eau ; les stations pour la mise en
œuvre du système d'inspection sont également prévues pour le contrôle éventuel de la qualité du décor.
Durante l'intera operazione, i tubetti sono sottoposti a temperatura costante, per evitare slittamenti incontrollati, grazie al sistema di controllo
applicato all'interno della macchina.
L'interface graphique dialogue avec l'opérateur, guide ce dernier dans toutes les situations; le diagnostic
sophistiqué permet au technicien préposé à l'entretien d'intervenir avec précision. La téléassistance
garantit un support immédiat.
L'essiccazione intermedia è assicurata da lampade UV con raffreddamento ad acqua; sono inoltre previste le stazioni per l'eventuale applicazione del
sistema di ispezione per il controllo della qualità della decorazione.
L'interfaccia grafica dialoga con l'operatore guidandolo in ogni situazione e la diagnostica sofisticata consente al manutentore di intervenire con
precisione. Inoltre la teleassistenza è integrata per un supporto immediato.

Automatic machine mod. SERVOTUBE 137, designed with a flexible print configuration, for the decoration of cylindrical tubes by silk screen
and/or flexo technology.
With a 24-mandrels round configuration, particularly precise and sturdy, the machine has absolutely innovative technical solutions, and can reach a
production speed of up to 150 pcs/min, depending on diameter and length of the tube.
Each solution has been conceived to bring out and improve the possibilities offered by direct printing, meeting the performances of the printing on
flat surfaces.
The machine configuration can be stated freely and in different ways, bearing in mind that the printing stations are available upto a maximum of 8,
and can be used for silk screen and/or flexo decoration and/or lacquering.
Alternatively, further applications for auxiliary operations can be foreseen.
Die Konfiguration der Maschine kann frei und unterschiedlich festgelegt werden, wobei zu berücksichtigen ist, dass maximal bis zu 8 Druckstationen
zur Verfügung stehen, die für den Sieb- und/oder Flexodruck und/oder das Lackieren benutzt werden können.
Ersatzweise lassen sich für Hilfsvorgänge weitere Applikationen vorsehen.
Die Einstellung unter den verschiedenen Farben ist sehr präzis. Dank der hilfsgesteuerten Druckregelungen können
minimale Toleranzen gewährleistet werden, um das Drucken mit halben Farbtönen und Rasterarbeiten zu gestatten.
Die Dorne werden durch einzelne Servomotoren gesteuert, die immer direkt mit den Dornen verbunden sind (es gibt
keine Zahnräder). Der Formatwechsel ist sehr schnell und einfach.

The change over is fast and secure and, according to the tube, can be done without using any keys or
tools.
In den Druckwerken werden die Feineinstellungen der Siebe und der Rakel mit Servomotoren vorgenommen, mit
elektrischer Zykluszeitverteilung aller Druck- und Bewegungsachsen (Zuführung, Abführ etc.). Alle verriegelten
Positionen werden im Reset gespeichert, um beim nächsten Druck sofort wiederverwendet werden zu können.

The screen, previously centered 'off-line' with the film of the artwork, is installed on the machine in a
precise position, so you immediately obtain a correct registration between colours.
The flexographic printing plates are accurately centered through a proper off-line device.

Registration between colours is very accurate, since it can ensure tolerances to the minimum, to allow
half tone decorations, thanks to registration systems driven by servo-motors. Mandrels are also driven by
individual servo-motors (no gear is foreseen), and allow a very simple and quick change-over.
Registration of screens and squeegees is achieved through servo-motors, by electrical timing of all print
and container handling axis (loading, unloading, etc.); all used positions are memorized on a menu so
they can easily be recalled for a future print.
Diese besonders präzise und robust gebaute Maschine in Rotationsversion mit 24 Dornen weist
technische Lösungen auf, die als absolut innovativ zu betrachten sind. Je nach Durchmesser und Länge
der Tube kann sie eine Produktionsgeschwindigkeit bis zu 150 Takt/min gewährleisten.
Die Schablone wird mittels zuvor gestanzter und präzisem Bezug in der Maschine montiertem Film montiert, um sofort
die korrekte Registrierung zwischen den Farben zu haben.
Die flexografischen Klischees werden mit einer Zentriervorrichtung außerhalb der Druckmaschine sehr sorgfältig
eingestellt.
Der Formatwechsel ist daher schnell und sicher und verlangt je nach Tube weder Schlüssel noch Werkzeuge.
The temperature in the press is kept constant during the whole operation by a control system fitted
inside the machine, to avoid uncontrolled slipping.

einer konstanten Temperatur ausgesetzt, um unkontrolliertes Verrutschen zu vermeiden.
Intermediate curing is achieved through water-cooled UV lamps. Stations are available for the application of an inspection system and for the
control of the print quality.
Die sofortige Trocknung wird durch UV-Strahler mit Wasserkühlung gewährleistet. Es sind außerdem Stationen für die
etwaige Anwendung eines Systems zur Kontrolle der Druckqualität vorgesehen.
The graphic interface dialogues with the operator to guide him in each situation and the sophisticated diagnostic allows the maintenance to
intervene accurately. Furthermore the machine is equipped with remote service to grant an immediate support.
