Satellite system for TV inspection of lateral ducts
Ce système permet l'inspection interne d'un branchement
à partir du réseau principal d'assainissement, en y
introduisant une caméra "satellite".
This system permits the internal inspection of branch
ducts accessed from the main sewerage duct, thanks to a
"satellite" TV camera .
Ceci résout le problème des branchements qui ne seraient
pas accessibles par leur extrémité amont (ex: le conduit
reliant une habitation au réseau d'égout).
It solves the problem of the lateral ducts which are not
accessible from their upstream end (e.g. the duct linking a
house to the sewer line).
L'originalité du système proposé par Hytec tient en ce que :
- cette unité se monte très facilement sur le véhicule
porteur VSCE 200 de l'ensemble GISYS et s'en détache
tout aussi rapidement
- l'ombilical de la caméra satellite est connecté directement
à ce véhicule porteur
- un seul ombilical relie le véhicule à la régie de contrôle
- la caméra principale a tête rotative permet de contrôler
l'orientation du module et l'introduction de la caméra
"satellite"
- le tout est commandé par la régie standard (VSR 55) de
l'ensemble GISYS .
The originality of the system proposed by Hytec is that :
- this unit can be very easily installed on the electric trolley
VSCE 200 of the GISYS system and can be
disconnected as easily
- the umbilical cable for the "satellite" camera is connected
directly to this electric trolley
- a single umbilical cable links the electric trolley to the
control unit
- the main TV camera, with swivelling head, permits the
control of the orientation module and the introduction of
the "satellite" camera into the lateral duct
- the whole lot is controlled by the standard control unit
VSR 55 of the GISYS system.
Ses performances sont étonnantes :
- inspection de branchements à partir de Ø 60 mm et
sur une distance de 15 mètres à l’intérieur de celui-çi.
- intervention à partir d'une conduite principale de
Ø ≥ 200 mm, et en tout point atteignable par le
véhicule porteur.
- caméra "satellite" couleur à éclairage annulaire par
LED blanches à haute luminosité.
Its performances are outstanding :
- inspection of lateral ducts with ID ≥ 60 mm, over a
distance of 15 meters inside it.
- intervention from a main sewer line with ID ≥ 200 mm,
and at any point that can be reached by the electric
trolley
- colour "satellite" TV camera equipped with ultra bright
LED's.
