Ad Jesum per Myriam! A Jésus par Marie! To Jesus through Mary!
Que signifie cette expression? Le dernier et 8ième chapitre du Document sur la nature de l’Eglise de Vatican II, Lumen Gentium, Lumière de tous les peuples, décrit le role de Marie clairement en citant cette expression. Marie ne nous empêche pas d’aller à Jésus, c’est par Elle que tous doivent passer pour atteindre Jésus.
Nous devons prendre le même chemin pour aller vers Dieu que Dieu a pris pour venire chez nous, comme le
chemin de la Grotte passé par Marie. Qui touche Jesus, touche Marie, car c’’est d’Elle qu’Il a pris chair. Lorsque
nous reçevons le Corps et le Sang du Christ, nous reçevons la chair et le sang qui vient de Marie…lorsque nous
adorons le Saint Sacrement, nous honorons Marie qui a fournit la farine divine, la Chair de Jésus qui deviendra
le Pain de Vie! L’action et le rôle de Marie ne fait pas obstacle, ni ne remplace Jésus, car sans Jésus, Marie
n’est rien. Jésus est le Seul Médiateur entre Dieu et les hommes, et c’est justement par Elle et l’Eglise, par nous
unit à Marie, que Jésus exprime ou applique sa Médiation-Il est la Vigne, Marie, le Tronc, nous, les branches; Il
est la Tête, Elle, le Cou, nous, les membres du Corps; Il est la Source, elle l’Ouverture à la Source, nous, les
canaux pour irriguer le jardin du monde; Il est la Porte, Elle, l’Entrée ou Le Seuil, nous, les chemins qui mènent à
Jésus par Marie, la Mère de la Voie, la Vie et de la Vérité.
What does this expression mean? The final and 8th chapter of the Vatican II Document on the nature of
the Church, Lumen Gentium, Light to all nations describes clearly the role of Mary by quoting this expression.
Mary does not prevent us from going to Jesus, it is by Her that we all must pass to go to Jesus. We must take
the same road to go to God that God took to come to us, as the road to the Grotto passes by Mary. Whoever
touches Jesus, touches Mary for it is by Her that He took Flesh. When we receive the Body and Blood of Jesus
we receive the flesh and blood of Mary…whenever we adore the Blessed Sacrament, we honor Mary who provided the Divine Flour, the Flesh of Jesus that becomes the Bread of Life! The action and role of Mary does not
replace or become an obstacle to Jesus because with Him, She is nothing. Jesus is the Sole Mediator between
God and Man and it is precisely by Her and the Church, through us united to Mary, that Jesus expresses His
Mediation or mediates-He is the Vine, She is the Stem, we are the branches; He is the Head, She, The Neck,
and we, the members of the Body; He is the Source, She, the Opening to the Source, we, the channels to irrigate the garden of the world; He is the Gate, She, the Entrance or the Threshold, we the roads that lead to Jesus
through Mary, the Mother of the Way, the Truth and the Life.

The fall 2015 schedule for the catechism classes, at the church, will follow the school curriculum.
Please advise the parish ASAP by enrolling your child/children. Spread the word to any families that

Comme vous voyez, le perron de l`église a bien besoin de réparation. M. Hervé Marion a accepté
d`entreprendre bénévolement le projet, qui nous coutera environ $4000 de matériel. La paroisse sera
heureux d`accepté des dons, avec note indiquant (rénovation).
As you can see the church cement steps need to be repaired. Mr. Hervé Marion has accepted, as a
volunteer, to lead the project that will cost approximately $4,000 for the material. The parish will be
happy to accept donations, with a memo indicating (renovation).
