INVITATION TOM HABSCHEID
AU INTERNATIONAL PARA ATHLETICS CHALLENGE
Dans le cadre des Championnats d'Europe d'Athlétisme ayant lieu du 6 au 10
juillet à Amsterdam, l'organisateur a invité Tom Habscheid à un concours
para-athlétique ayant lieu le 6 juillet. Il s'agit d'un concours de lancer du
disque des catégories F12, F37, F41, F42 et F44. Le LPC ne peut que se
féliciter de cette excellente initiative d'une collaboration entre l'IAAF et l'IPC.
Ce concours aura lieu sur la Place du Musée au centre d'Amsterdam et en
face du Rijksmuseum. Le LPC et Tom Habscheid se sont naturellement fait un
honneur pour accepter cette invitation dans ce cadre unique.

Dear Tom,
On behalf of the organisation of the European Athletics Championships 2016 (ECH2016) I would like to invite
you to participate in the International Para Athletics Challenge. We would highly appreciate your participation
in the discus throw men on Wednesday, the 6th of July.
The Championships will be held in the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam from July 6 till 10. Discus throw and
javelin throw will be held on the Museum Square, in the centre of the City of Amsterdam in front of the famous
Rijksmuseum.
In 1928 the Olympic Games were held in this Olympic Stadium and together with the events on the Museum
Square this will provide a special background for these European Championships. We are very proud that for
the first time paralympic athletes will participate in the European Championships and we hope that you will
come and compete in this special event.
We will give you a warm welcome in Amsterdam and would also like to invite you to the closing party on
Sunday the 10th of July with all athletes. We will provide hotel accommodation (full board) and can give you a
compensation for your travelling expenses.
We do hope that you will participate in this special competition. In that case I would like you to answer a few
questions:
1. What is your expected day of arrival? The departure of all athletes is scheduled on Mondag July 11.
2. What is the amount of your travelling expenses?
3. Can you give me your e-mail-address where we can sent further information about the Challenge? After
your response we will sent information on your registration as well.
