In the late 70s, Espace Loggia launched the first loft bed concept in France, and followed a wide product
range based on progressive and modular systems, that enable unique collections.
The concept behind the brand is : How to take full advantage of the volume of a room rather than being
limited to the size of the floor space ?
Our latest 2010 collection is enhanced by modernity with the new mobile bed design displayed in a white and
orange finish, also new colour contrasts on the loft beds and the brick programme.
The innovation this year is obviously the appearance of the bamboo. Pure and fine material, the bamboo
finish gives an exotic atmosphere to your room.
Since 2002, Espace Loggia collaborates with Guillaume Parent, considered designer, to make evolve the
range and to carry out new innovating creations.

This new generation of space saving
beds frees up your room and allows you
every extra furnishing underneath like a
desk or a sofa, with the use of the Brick
Programme.
The New Mobile Bed looks more
mainstream with its white/orange
pop design, and will perfectly fit in a
teenager room and in a loft or studio
apartment.
Attached to a concrete wall or ceiling,
Espace Loggia’s mobile bed turns a
studio apartment in a 2 rooms flat.
Hidden on the ceiling during the day,
the bed reappears at night, with no
need to move the furniture. An extra
room without having to move out...
Clever and useful, electric plugs are
installed on the frame for your lightening
and other accessories standing on the
shelves.
The Mobile Bed exists in a manual
version based on a counterweight
system and is also available in electric
version.
Cosy Lift ‘Black & White’ by Guillaume Parent
All in one, the Cosy Lift is a unique
creation by Espace Loggia. A free
standing Mobile Bed including a full
double bed and a sofa full of storage, in
a great frame design from the 50s.
During the day, a smart living room, and
at night it becomes a real bedroom with
the simple use of a wooden latch that
brings down that mobile bed based on
a counterweight system.
This year the Cosy Lift comes with
electric plugs installed in the shelving for
your lightening and other accessories.
