Le détenteur de ce plan verra la garantie du manufacturier, selon les mêmes termes et conditions, prolongée de la durée du plan auquel il a souscrit. La période de responsabilité du détaillant
pour extension de garantie débute dès l'expiration de la garantie du manufacturier, pour une période équivalente à l'entente du plan conclu entre D2technologie inc. et le détenteur de celui-ci. •
Ce plan ne soustrait aucunement le manufacturier de ses responsabilités envers son client, et se résume à une entente pour un durée prolongée de l'équivalent de la garantis originale du
manufacturier entre D2technologie inc. et son détenteur. • Lors de la demande d'indemnité, le détenteur du plan doit présenter sa preuve d'achat au point d'achat original du produit défectueux. •
Si le produit s'avère défectueux selon les normes établies par le manufacturier, D2technologie inc., s'engage alors à réparer ou remplacer le produit défectueux protégé par le plan de garantie
prolongé par le même produit, ou si celui-ci n'est plus disponible, par un de valeur égale ou supérieur. Tous les accessoires inclus lors de l'achat initial (chargeur, batteries, antennes, adaptateur,
etc.) doivent être rapportés, avec le produit défectueux pour être aussi remplacés. • Ce remplacement ne s'applique pas pour les produits devenus défectueux ou non-utilisable pour des raisons
d'utilisation abusive, bris physique, dommage causé par le sable, saleté, ou un liquide (eau ou autre), cas fortuits ou tout autre situation n'ayant pas respecté les conditions du manufacturier. •
Ce plan de garantie prolongée n'est pas transférable à un autre détenteur, ni échangeable pour un autre produit. Seul le produits figurant sur l'entente de garantie prolongée est couvert. • Sont
exclus dans cette garantie : Le remplacement des batteries, chargeurs autos ou autre produits ayant une durée de vie prédéterminée, de même que les câbles, sauf mention contraire.
TERMS OF EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN
The purchaser of this plan agrees that this program represents an extension of the terms and conditions as provided for by the manufacturers warranty. D2technologie inc.'s responsability
for this warranty starts upon the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty and expires upon the termination of the warranty period as indicated on the plan. • This plan does not replace,
under any circumstances, the manufacturers responsability towards the customer, and is considered as an agreement between D2technologie inc. and the holder of the plan for the duration
of the plan. • At the time of request for indemnity, the holder of the plan must present his original proof of purchase from the store where the product was purchased. • If the product
appears to be defective according to the standards established by the manufacturer, D2technologie will repair or replace the defective product protected by the D2technologie plan by the
same product or a similar one of equal or greater value if the product is no longer available. All accessoiries included at the time of the initial purchase (batteries, antennas, adapters, etc.)
must be returned to be replaced. • This replacement does not cover products that are defective due to abuse, physical breaking, damage caused by sand, dirt or by liquid (water or other),
fortuitous occurences or all other situation not repecting the manufacturers conditions. • This extended warranty plan is not tranferable to another holder, not exchangeable for another
product. Only the product printed on the extended warranty is covered. • The following articles are excluded by this warranty : the replacement of the batterie, car charger, or other
products having a predetermined lifespan, as well as the cables, unless indicated otherwise.
